Stopped by for lunch today, we have done this a few times, the food and service is always great. Today they told us there would be a 30 minute wait for food because of some fridge issues they had last night, 40 minutes later a staff member came over apologised, gave us a full refund for the food and
Waited what appeared to be a long time for our all day breakfast. Mentioned this to the waitress who immediately apologised and offered to refresh our tea. I accepted and really enjoyed the meal. Well done M &S for rectifying the situation. Other restaurants should note.

We took the lift to floor 2 men's department and found exactly what we were looking for
We then went to the cafe and my daughter had a panini and tea, I had a sandwich and large cup of coffee. The meals were very tasty and the drinks were hot
Unfortunately there was an awkward customer in front of me. People who came in after me which was 4 couples went to the other till & got served first. This was in the restaurant. I don't like complaining so I kept quiet!
