Today, I decided to use Greggs in Peterborough as my collection point using the app. Everything was straightforward, and I could skip the queue to get to my meal; the honey mustard and cheese toastie was simply delicious—a standard Greggs experience.
I have deducted a star because the tables are often sticky and unclean from the previous customers. The size of the Greggs is long but narrow, making it difficult for people to get in and out, especially if they have a wheelchair.
Popped in every morning for some bottled water. A great entry for you only had one job to do, below.
Sausage roll, what more can I say. Flaky warm pastry, perfect moist sausage meat. A heavenly mouthful with each bite. You can't get a better sausage roll than a Greggs sausage roll.
Good food and always have plenty in just some heavy prices for a sandwich
My boys always love a Greggs. The young lad that served us about 10.30am ish today was an absolute gem . I am really sorry i didnt get your name, but your interaction with my sons was fantastic. So thank you. A credit to Greggs and yourself.

Excellent service i believe i was served by a guy called lewis, was very helpful and looked like he ran the place. Definitely made the queue go down quickly as soon as he was on the tills. Great service and great food.
