Lots of nice food and bakery is lovely. I generally use self service machines and don't have to wait to pay as there always a attentive helper for when the machine isn't happy with the bag weight, or of I've purchased beer and it needs authorisation.
I would like to say a very big thank you to Sarah the store manager at Serpentine Green Peterborough, she has been very helpful and to me has gone out of her way to find products that are not on the selves but may be in the stores. I am a coeliac so therefore it is important to find Gluten Free items, and I can say that your Ginger snaps are the best* Dorne

M&S Foodhall not bad, anything you need from produce and organics they have it. Just give a tryer..
My wife and I use this shop at least twice a week because it is very clean and has a fantastic selection of quality foods. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. We have also used the café regularly but after our visit on the 4/11/19 we felt we must praise the lady who served us with our teas and toasty. Her name was Vivienne. She was an extremely pleasant lady who even warmed our tea cups up. A very pleasant place to shop and eat/drink in.
Tony at Serpentine Green store was friendly and happy to hand me my order at the collection point. Had a lovely cup of latte coffee there, though could have been a tad hotter. Love shopping there. Friendly staff and fresh groceries. Regards Janis Barrs.
It was nice however if u have a buggie or trolley ur stuck as not lot or space even wheelchairs have prob to get in or out.
We went in today and it was chilly with the situation of the cafe to the main door summer time it will be ok but in cold weather need jumper or coat.
Excellent variety of food, very friendly and very dedicated team running the store.

Love M&S meal deals, excellent prices comparable to other super macado's . Jalfrezi is amazing. Whole hog and dirty fries are to die for.

Providing easy and convenient access to food when one is in a rush without having to traipse around Tesco.
The food in M&S is almost always of high quality and has a good variety for such a small shop. The fresh baked bread and pastries are delicious as are the the packaged ones such as their Lemon Curd Whitby Buns which are a favourite of mine.
One of the best aspects of this shop is it's lunch selection quality, which is leagues ahead of its nearby competitors, but at a higher price.
I must say I am partial to their chicken sushi selection as a person who hates fish.
