We went yesterday to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday and from my initial email enquiry to arriving yesterday the staff were helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.... the staff when we arrived were friendly and they even popped a birthday candle in my daughters sorbet and sang to her... a lovely touch indeed.... food was fabulous, arrived freshly made and all of us (9) were served at the same time too... will definitely be recommending Creams...

We had seen Creams on Facebook and had been wanting to go for quite a while.. we treated the kids on Sunday morning and must say we were amazed.. the service was first rate.. The 2 young ladies working on Sunday were very freindly and made us and the kids feel very welcome.. The food was excellent, massive portions and tasted great.. We will be back again and again as there is so much I want to try.. If you are thinking of visiting.. Stop thinking and get yourself down

We went here on Saturday with family and friends who had come over from another town there was 16 of us all together so it was quite a large order. We was expecting to wait for it for over half an hour as we thought it would take time for us to get it but within 20 minutes we all had our desserts and drinks (all bought out at approx the same time). The service was great �.
I love this cafe. Usually orders take away and the staff has always got a smile on their face... lovely desserts and freshly made!
Our visit here last night couldn’t have been more perfect. The food was delicious, overwhelming amount of choice!
But above all the customer service was exceptional. Very polite and friendly, and made a big fuss of my daughter too. One of the staff members let my daughter try a bit of the ice cream whilst she was looking at all the different flavours. He also went out of his way to compliment her on a football medal she was wearing that she had won that day. I cannot fault a single thing.

We've been to Creams several times now and absolutely love it. The dessert quality and the range available is great, but for us what keeps us returning is the staff. We always receive a warm welcome, and the lady (I believe the manager) is always so lovely interacting with out little girl. Would highly recommend!
This was my first visit but I will definitely be returning. Service was amazing - and the food and drink even better!
I absolutely love having these guys as my neighbours! really nice on a hot day or a cheeky day when you want something very tasty. walk down the road and that banana waffle split or monster chocolate shake is in your tummy. really nice people and they do their best to make it a experience. my only issue is the music (loud and sometimes not family friendly) but that is personal my choice. otherwise food is good, speed of service is good and menu selection is good.
This is my 2nd visit here and yet again didn't fail to impress. Very clean. Absolute fantastic friendly staff that actually remembered us and what we had the last time we came over a year ago. Massive choice of sweets and drinks. And will also customise your order . The service was fast and the food was very well presented.. I live about 65 miles from here and would travel here just for the experience. Well done all at creams café. See you again soon

I visited this place with a friend for the first time where we were also was asked about that. Waiter show us local and he showed what they have available on the menu.
I ate that with strawberries and I felt the sky in my mouth. I don't remember the name but you can show that photo !
I recommend take that with some icecrams what they ask for killing sweetness :D

Since dine-in is shut these days, we did take away this time.
My ony issue with them is the high price! I think most of the prices are 20% higher than what they should be.

A great place to visit, the portions were massive, the price very reasonable and the decor was amazing. For £20 we got 2 milkshakes, a premium waffle and a hot fudge sundae. An incredibly friendly and welcoming member of staff asked if we had visited before and showed us how everything works. Upon ordering, our food arrived in less than 10 minutes and was just like the pictures if not better.
Honestly, the waffles could be shared as I left more than half. We went at 5pm and it wasn't busy at all, great place for a family.
Also, if the manager reads this, the staff working on March 1st at 5pm were incredible and deserve great praise.
I’ve been a customer for around 6-7 years and I have to say there desserts and customer service has always been consistent. They have always made us feel welcome and always gone out their way for me and my family and friends that I bring. I’ve been studying in Cambridge for the last couple years and whenever I have cravings I have to come back just to visit these guys and fulfil my cravings.
My favourite dessert shop. Amazing service the staff are so friendly and will go to great lengths to customise your order. This is no longer my nearest Creams but I still travel to Peterborough because of the staff and the food quality!

Creams desserts are absolutely lovely. The decor, the cleaniness and above all the service was top. Staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful, I would highly recommend this place to be your number one dessert parlour.

The first time I've ever tried a crepe and it was absolutely delicious. I've probably order the banana and strawberry crepe 5 times already, it's so good. I used to order the cheesecakes, but I'm not sure if they were removed from the menu. However, since moving to Peterborough it was the best cheesecake by far. I'm never disappointed with the quality or quantity. Highly recommend.
We came in late evening to get some waffles to go. We went straight to the counter, checked them menu for a while cuz didn't know what to get from all the desserts they offering. They got many different type of cheat day treats to get! Thanks God Arooj came to us. Not just she helped me out to choose what to have but she made us feel very welcome. So friendly and talkative. Definitely made my evening.
Food we took home was nice and as good as I expected it to be. Big thumbs up for this whole job guys.
