Popped in for a quick snack at lunchtime today. A friendly staff member helped me choose a soup without gluten or onions in it - it was a chicken variety, and delicious! Great service, was also helped to a seat. Just one small point - all the soups were gluten-free, but no gluten-free rolls to go with it. Any chance for the future, because I'll be back!

It was her ladyship that introduced me to this place, otherwise I don't think I'd have bothered to go in. Once in though I was surprised and found it a most convivial atmosphere; and the food was competitively priced with a good variety at hand. Now, I think I could recommend the Peterborough one at least, but I'm sure that the others are the same. Certainly the Peterborough branch is equipped with efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Well done to all concerned.

Excellent customer service today. I was trying a different latte today, coconut milk with a vanilla syrup shot, and because I was daring to try something new I was given my coffee on the house! Really put a smile on my face... and the best bit was the coffee was truly delish' and I will be having another one very soon! Thanks Pret a Manger

The staff are friendly and helpful to all customers and so accommodating. My family and I visit regularly during the week as their vegan menu is perfect for my son. It is a busy place but if timed perfectly, there is adequate seating available. Food quality is excellent.

My son and I love going in here. I'm a vegetarian so its perfect for me plus the coffee is lovely. Yesterday I had the pea and mint soup which was amazing as I'm not a massive soup fan. My lad likes the kids meat sandwiches and fresh juices. The Staff are always really lovely, spot on stuff.

Fantastic service yesterday. My first ever visit & I entered the cafe with a screaming hungry 7 week year old baby & feeling very frazzled! I felt like the gentleman behind the til serving read my mind when he kindly offered to bring my drink to me and settle payment once I was settled, rather than queuing with a hungry baby. I felt very looked after and would highly recommend , because of the genuine and caring service I received. I didn’t feel like I was in a big chain cafe where you usually receive impersonal, quick service. Well done Peterborough branch :-)

A very clean place, good service. The young girl who served me was very polite & plesent. The only problem was that I asked for Green Tea but I got lemon & ginger when I took it back and said that I asked for Green Tea the woman who was serving told me that this was there Green Tea so I replied it can't be Green Tea because it tastes of lemon and ginger & she replied that this was there Green Tea. I just was not in the mood to debate that green tea is a young tea leaf not from the citrus fruit family and ginger is a root. But I must say the woman was not rude or funny in the way she spoke to me. So I just had hot water as I carry Green Tea with me because most places don't serve green tea. The young lass who was cleaning the tables was like a busy bee moving fast around the tables clearing away empty cups, plates & rubbish with military persion and she seemed very happy doing it, someone who takes pride in what she does. That's great to see nowadays. Even with the mix up about my drink of tea I would go back. 9 out of 10. Well done. Clean, polite & happy staff. Love it.

Wow! What a fantastic lady you have working at the Queensgate branch of Pret! The lady with the pink plait. What a joy she is, cheerful & bubbly with a fabulous sense of humour. I have only been in twice until today when I found myself going in for another coffee just to say hello to her. Sadly she wasn't there, I really would like her to know that she has made a lasting impression on me. Thanks.

Love Pret! Love the vegetarian salads! Great coffee and cold drink. I wish there was a Pret nearer to me. It would do well. Way better then Costa which is what I've got near to me.

Stopped by for a quick bite and got the Pret a Manger cold sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Also tried the green tea & peach drink and it was nice, wish it had a bit more peach flavour.

This Pret is always busy and popular - it has good outdoor seating which is nice on a sunny day and offers a good range of healthy and tasty, fresh made sandwiches, salads and soups. Has good coffee and the staff are really very nice and friendly.

Pret a manger is my absolute favourite place to go for coffee, breakfast and lunch I go there most days. The coffee and food is delicious! Very affordable place, 99p for a coffee and if you take your own cup then that's only 49p!! What more could you want.

Good place to stop if you want a rest bite whilst shopping. The atmosphere inside was nice and relaxed. Best thing is, you can get a cup of filtered coffee for only 99p - cheapest price anywhere! 😊👍

I went into this cafe quite often while I was working in Peterborough. The staff are so friendly here and make you feel welcome. However the food is a little overpriced, it's still delicious though!

Today we waited a little while for a piece of lemon. They said we waited too long and didn't charge us for a cake a biscuit a mocha and the water and lemon. Really good PR we will be back

Always very clean and coffee tastes great, only issue is that I've ordered a flat white on several occasions ands it's always been a bit of a mess. Stick to the classics and you won't be disappointed.

Pret is honestly the loveliest, most welcoming place that I’ve been to in Peterborough, all the staff are very helpful and the food is delicious and all tastes so fresh! Would definitely be the first place I would recommend to a friend for lunch!

Love the rolls, and staff are nice, the only downside is there's never any space to sit and the rolls are nearly always sold out, even tho I go about 1pm, but that is on a Saturday :D
