Lovely atmosphere. The coffee was decent and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was nice and pleasant. We were able to have a chat/catch up without any worry of being "the loud ones" or people over hearing more intimate topics of discussion as the background noise was at a very comfortable level. We could speak easily without feeling self conscious - something I really value in a coffee spot!
I just wanted to let you all know that the service I had experienced this morning by angel and Anna who remained positive while there was a large que definitely deserves a five star review.i have entered this store many times and the service is always impeccable and that's why I return.
Having used larger chain coffee brands for years, I came across Bewiched a few months ago and every time I have been, the service has been incredible. It feels like you've popped into a family members house for a coffee. They're always super friendly and very helpful with helping you choose your coffee. The coffee also tastes great, no burnt taste and is full of flavour!
Visited yesterday on my first visit to Peterborough. Received a warm greeting as soon as walked into the shop. Both the tea and coffee were very good and the place has a welcoming atmosphere.
Have lived in Peterborough many years but never popped in until today. Great service with a friendly smile, lovely coffee and cake and the place was buzzing. Great to see a local place supporting local art and full of local people. We will be back!
Visited with my wife today after reading excellent reviews about their coffee. We were not disappointed! The place lived up to the expectations.

Met my friend here and we both love the atmosphere and friendly polite staff. Cakes are awesome as are the selection of hot and cold sandwiches and rolls. Drinks are farily priced and worth every penny. Lovely chilled out place. Well worth a visit. Easy to get to via a bus route and a pedestrian area. Very clean and hand sanitizer provided. Easy to access toilets and great for wheelchairs and prams etc. Table and chairs are available outside.
If you are after a great coffee and a cake and want to watch the world go by or meeting up for a chat, this is a great place to go. Always friendly and welcoming, the staff help create a nice relaxed atmosphere. Josh, Sophie and Nino were on top form today.
First customer service experience. Recommend to anyone who needs to have access to disabled facilities, very good provision. Lovely coffee, and eats xx
