Very nice pub for a beer or a drink. Gently crew. You can have also a great fish nd chips. Car parking available from the next Waitrose.
5 stars because this place has board games. But they also have fantastic interiors, good food and friendly staff.
Enjoyed a great deal here at Sunday lunch. An excellent fish platter and a bottle of wine for only £20. Loads of fish served very nicely with various sauces and chips. 3 of us enjoyed this but for those with bigger appetites, it would easily satisfy 2. Incredible value and quality. This is a really
I absolutely love this place. I got engaged here last year and the staff were so lovely and friendly that we came back for our anniversary. The quality of their fish and chips is outstanding, they have a range of drinks to choose from and the boardgames built into the tables is just amazing. It turn
Wow! Have always driven past but never gone inside. Decided on a whim to go in tonight and wasn't disappointed. The food was superb, piping hot and delicious. The halloumi fries are to die for. Free dessert with main on Wednesdays so we had 12 quid worth of dessert for free. Service was excellent.
Absolutely fantastic restaurant. The food was amazing! Went as a group of 8 and all our food came out at the same time and steaming hot! The young male waiter (Jamie?) Is a credit to the place and his personalised music playlist was a big hit with our group. Will definitely be visiting again and aga
I hadn't visited in years, but a friend had a meal there tonight, it was lovely. New rebranding and a pared down menu, simple but done very well with specials board. £12 for a huge pot of of mussels served with frites, nice puds too, all good value! Friendly staff too!
We booked our work Christmas meal here. It was great. The staff was very efficient and accommodating. The food was excellent. The place has nice ambience. We all had different starters, mains and deserts and everyone was very happy with their dishes. I would be happy to recommend this place to
Love this place. The food is usually brilliant and the service is top notch. It is wheelchair accessible and will even prepare a vegan menu if you are looking for that. I object to them auto adding a service charge, and dropped them 1 star for that. Otherwise the beehive is a great place to eat.
I had the experience of having a few beers at this pub last week.I have yet to eat here, but I must say that the bar service is fantastic and very professional. I have a bit of a problem with most of Peterborough's bars and pubs as I have lived in New York and London where the bar service is fab (An
Very friendly staff work here; they made both my daughter and I very welcome on arrival. The Beehive has recently been refurbished and certainly lends itself to serving all levels of clients from families, couples and groups of friends. Good value for money too!
Very friendly staff and a well deserved reputation for quality food at a reasonable price. Beer is well kept and it's often packed on match days (Peterborough United) No parking though, so you need to be creative with local shops!
Reasonable-priced Michelin-approved restaurant in Peterborough! The food is basically fish and chips; l had mackerel goujons, which came in a basket and which I ate with my fingers, dipping them into a rather large pot of thick tartare sauce. Very relaxed and enjoyable.
Our works local pub..... Clean, bright and friendly atmosphere..... Pool table and juke box.... Leather sofas and soft chairs..... Bar is small so maybe a slight wait when busy.... Newly decorated with pictures of sports memorabilia fitted to the ceilings.... Good place for an after work couple of b
Went for a works lunch, 8 of us. Very welcoming, good service and the food was excellent. I had the venison burger which was a special, it was great. Looking forward to going back again - highly recommend.
Really lovely and lively atmosphere, the staff were helpful but a little disorganised. We were there for a birthday party and food hadn't been organised properly and the bar was a little slow at times. Overall though, was a great place for a fun evening
Excellent fish and chips in a great atmosphere. Friendly service And great beer add that to the offers they have for eating in the week makes this a great place.to visit
Pretty good pub with comfy seating and a variety of beers available and sky sports on the tv. It has a fish and chips attached to the side of the pub which you can sit in, get food to the bar or take away.
