Great place for a good meal. Never had anything go wrong here. We had yet another great night out for a family get together. Also met a lovely couple Heather and Rory from Australia. Would recommend this place to everyone. To all the staff, Thanks for a great night.
The staff at The Maltings are second
to none. They make everyone feel special and as though they are the only customers they care about. Oh yes. And the food is totally top notch too. Love this place!! And love the staff too!! The food is bloody good too!!! Oh did I say tnat before?? Hm. Must be true then.........
This restaurant has the most wonderful staff. The menu is the best I have seen in a long time. Kids play area is great for the kids . Plenty seating away from them too. Little TV in the booths . Nice smoking area well away from kids outside play area ... plenty parking spaces too. 5stars from me x

The place was really busy when I arrived, I was taken straight away and seated at a table and within a minute I was being served even though it was as busy. The service was first class and the food was very good. I would have no problems recommending the Maltings.

The Maltings is a really nice place to eat. We’ve been here a few times with son and grandson, and the meals are delicious. The surroundings are very nice, spotlessly clean and the staff are fantastic, very friendly, very helpfui, always very welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. There is a play area outside for the kids and an inside play area as well. All in all a great place to go.
I have always had excellent service at the Maltings, the staff are very friendly and helpful, that’s why I keep going back time after time, certainly worth a 5 🌟 rating from me.

I was stranded without a car for two days and left waiting for the garage near by to fix the issue and came across this lovely pub. The staff were lovely, the food was amazing and very quick to arrive. The staff helped me keep my young son occupied with a colouring book. Every member of staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome.
5 stars! We were on holiday and found this place on our first day, we ended up coming back three times we enjoyed the food and ambience that much. Food is really nice and reasonably priced. Staff were all without exception friendly and welcoming. Speed of service was amazing, honestly the fastest I've been served with a main meal anywhere else! Had a few different dishes between the family over our three visits and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. Would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

Lovely place for a meal. The service was excellent and the food tasty. The build your own pasta was great for my youngest. The steak sandwich was lovely.
Everything was good except when we were done and the person clearing the table asked us whether we wanted any desert. We said no. Usually this would be when the person would leave us. However the person said oh you want just the bill and what else could we say except yes please. She quickly brought along the bill, we paid and left.
This was weird because the place was not full and we felt we were being kicked out.
Everything else was good. The other person who took our orders was very nice, friendly and warmth. Just the bill thing was weird.

We got stranded in Perth on a family trip due to severe inclement weather (20th October 2023) and decided to have breakfast here. So glad we did. We were immediately greeted by the host and sat at a table. The restaurant and toilets were spotless. The food was served quickly and was cooked to perfection. There was no problem catering for my stepson who has a severe wheat allergy. Special mention to the host. He was efficient, friendly and full of personality. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.

One of the best pubs I've ever been to. The food was fantastic, our waitress was lovely and friendly and to top off a fantastic meal they have a doggy menu. Our Border Terrier was beyond impressed with the amount of chicken he got for just £2 and the fact all that £2 goes to Macmillan is a bonus. 5⭐ and a must for dog owners!!
