The Anchor Inn - Pershore - Photo album

Good pub with a modest selection of real ales. The food looked popular. Nicely and interestingly decorated with garden overlooking the Avon. Friendly manageress. Definitely worth a visit ☺️
Lovely pub in a quiet location. Very friendly staff and chatty locals. Well stocked bar. And to top it all off, there is a multi-tiered terrace with riverside views. Great for a peaceful pint.
They weren't doing food and not sure if they do. Lovely local pub with charm. Dog friendly and backs onto the river Avon with theirs of decking. Good choice of drinks. Staff helpful and friendly the locals were great and included us
I'm not a pub person. However, this place provides a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It's quiet enough so that you can hear the company you're with and well laid out to suit larger group gatherings and smaller ones. The staff were very friendly and chatty, it felt natural and they did not
Great friendly pub right on the river with plenty of seating areas, the food was delicious to, we will be returning soon !
They weren't doing food when I attended, but it was a friendly pub with nice beer (Hereford Pale Ale for me) and friendly clientele - lots of people sad hello to me on a Friday evening evening which I thought was very nice. An appreciable hidden gem on the Avon river
Great pub by the river. Lovely location. Unfortunately, they did not do food. It's still well worth the visit though. Will be back.
Views are nice only came in for a drink. Staff are polite thought i was a bit pricey for a pint and basically a medium size wine with lemonade near 15 pound. For thatreason it lost a star but on the whole enjoyed it. I think next time i go it will have to be afternoon time to get the sun
Popped in by accident last night, bar lady very nice, locals friendly especially as we had the wrong Anchor pub!
Great canal view , unfortunately don't serve food
Only given 4 so far as we didn't have food. Staff lovely, very polite. Beers fine. Proper old village pub. Great covered deck area to sit out of the rain and watch the river and the fish breaking the surface. Also saw a magnificent Heron and a local rowing by in the rain!
Very nice friendly pub Lovely outside seating area overlooking the River
Great spot but yet again why ? I run successfully business & I just sat here looked around this pub & in 5 mins I could turn this place into a gold mine.. But hay Ho… Good beer & lovely spot 👌
Really friendly local pub selling well kept, local ales and lovely moorings for boaters
Stunning pub with a very friendly and helpful barmaid, great spot and an overnight stop on our canal boat trip.
Lovely pub, great outdoor area with views onto the water, good drinks selection and food looked lovely
Sat on the River with lovely views. A fantastic quaint public house with plenty to offer
A beautiful location, nestled above the River Avon in Wyre Piddle, we have visited the anchor inn several times both in the day and the evening. The evening meals were very tasty, with standard gastropub food that went down a treat. Our lunch wasn't quite as successful, with a distinct drop in qual
