We discovered this place on holiday last year and my other half talked about the cruffin he had every time we mentioned going back to Cornwall. We popped in on Saturday for a repeat performance and it was again, amazing. We stopped off on the way home yesterday to get cake and brownies, also excellent. Friendly, welcoming staff and good coffee. The Baking Post is a real gem and well worth a detour if you’re anywhere near. Already looking forward to going back.
I just found my most favorite red velvet cake of my life💘 i love it because it is not too sweet and not covered too much with frostings. It is enormous as well probably the size for two people but I easily had it for myself after a big lunch and would not recommend to share... would love to come back again to try everything off the menu.
Sometimes you get smacked in the face with awesomeness when you don't expect it. Today we had the apple sponge crumble and the spiced pumpkin flapjack... Granted we added some vegan ice cream.... But the star of the show was no doubt the bakery culinary genius. Many thanks and we will be back. ✌️
An awesome bakery with homemade goodies to suit all palates! We have had three amazing celebration cakes made by Leeza, they were fantastic. We regularly purchase cakes, pastries and pasties here - all yummy and always served by friendly staff who take pride in their work. I highly recommend this shop, go visit - you won't be disappointed!

It was with surprise we came across The Baking Post in Perranporth. They bake the most delicious high quality cake - and once found we went back again and again and had some cake and pasty picnics on the beach - bliss. Do try them out you will not be disappointed
The cakes here are simply delicious! There us no holding back on portion size and the selection is great. The coffee isn't bad either!
Popped in today for a little sweet treat for later in the day and after enjoying a chocolate orange brownie i can say its the most delicious i have had, make sure you visit and treat tourself
