The Orangery Cafe - Penzance - Photo album

Absolutely amazing food! We had the soup of the day which was butternut squash soup and it was great, well spiced and tasty. It comes with the best garlic bread I ate in my life. The coffee is very good quality too, highly recommended 👍
We come here 5 or 6 times a year when on holiday. The gardens are so tranquil and it is the perfect setting for this wonderful cafe. The staff are lovely and the home made food is delicious. You can sit on the veranda and watch the world go by and listen to the Robins, wagtails and blackbirds sing
Randomly found this whilst on a 2 day break in the area. Situated adjacent to the gallery in the park. Wanted a quick bite for lunch. Really good cup of coffee, great cake and a demon BLT. Nice staff. Yeah, pop in for a bite
This is a hidden gem for Penzance. I have been to the town many times but only just discovered The Orangery. The food was immaculately presented, deliciously tasty and (with 2023 food prices), a very reasonable price. It's packed with locals, the team are friendly and know many of the regulars whi
Visited twice this week with friends and just perfect, delicious food, lovely relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. The vegan chocolate cake is absolutely amazing (would like the recipe 👍🥰 please) !!!

Excellent little cafe / restaurant, with a menu of sandwiches, salads and homemade cakes and puddings. Especially good place when the weather is good enough to sit on the patio outside.
Great place for a casual lunch before visiting the gallery. Very large portions! Quiche was amongst the best I have tasted
Lovely cafe set in the beautiful Penlee Park. Delicious homemade food, the quiche is always a gold choice although it is very popular so does often sell out! Good coffee and friendly service. Only downside is they don't let you book a table and they are usually very busy at peak times.
Very attractively situated with a few indoor tables and more on the small terrace outside. The gardens are lovely and it's a pleasant, tranquil spot in the summer sunshine. The snacks/drinks are very nice and of good quality. It's a lovely spot next to the Art Gallery and tennis courts. A v pretty p
