THE best breakfast and latte in Penzance and trust me when I tell you the bacon sandwiches are to die for. As a very fussy eater, nothing is too much trouble for the amazing and very friendly staff.

Used by locals, always a good sign in my book, with great staff, food and service. Wish I'd had a longer holiday just to keep going in. Oh lovely harbour view.

We tried this cafe out on our last day of our holiday with our kitten and dog in tow and sat outside looking over the harbour. We chose 2 extra large breakfasts, as we had a long journey back and this was going to last us all day (no Services rubbish for us ). It was the best brekkie we've had. We treated ourselves to fried bread with it (well it was the last day of our holiday ), and it was fried to perfection, no fat oozing out at all, it was lovely. Sausages were lovely, good quality bacon, runny eggs, lovely chunky sliced mushrooms, enough baked beans, just couldn't manage the hash browns but hubby said they were good. Will definitely be visiting when we're down next. Keep doing what you're doing best ladies

Couldn't make a trip to Cornwall without visiting The Harbourside Cafe. Always spotlessly clean, lovely freshly cooked food, great coffee, a warm welcome & friendly attentive service from Tina, Callum & all the staff. If there was a 10 star option available, I would have hit that one, no problem! Can't wait for my next visit

Wiped those plates clean! A credit to Cornwall. The seagulls didn’t stand a chance ! Thank you to the entire team! I had a vegetarian meal partner had a Cornish breakfast. I would swap out the sausages next time for hash browns instead but that’s personal preference. 10/10 experience on a lovely warm slight breeze out on the outside eating spot.

Visited this cafe for breakfast before our boat trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drinks. We had an extra large breakfast, a small breakfast and a cheese on toast. The food was very fresh and piping hot. I'd definitely recommend sitting indoors as the seagulls there are fearless, and unfortunately if one lands on your plate or takes your food they cannot replace it. There are signs warning you about them, so sit outside at your own peril! Would definitely go to this cafe again if I was visiting Penzance. My only minor grumble was that the mushrooms were deep fried. It ruins the taste and texture of them, but that's my own opinion. Would have much preferred them boiled or pan fried.

What an absolutely delicious meal we had tonight at the pop up American night with impeccable service. This place is an absolute gem! Cannot wait for the next pop up night! Great value for money and the best food I've had out in AGES!

Great stop for a quick bite. Beware of seagulls when sitting outside as they will pinch your plate. Food was great, presentation was nice and portion was good. Only downside was our visit timing, young boy behind the bar, (relative to cafe worker) running round, loud, smacking the staff 😂.. felt like a kids play cafe.. slightly ruined our peace for lunch. Just a bad experience on the day unfortunately.

Scrumptious, good value & sure beats tea and biscuits eaten in our guesthouse bedroom. See pic of "The Vegetarian".

Had a breakfast here and found the food excellent in terms of quality and value for money. Decided to eat inside to avoid the seagulls. Customers are encouraged to scare way the seagulls using the cafe supplied water pistols.

Lovely little place. We had the breakfast which was really nice. Only thing was we sat near the toilet and everytime someone came out I had to keep closing the door (which wasn't great when you are eating a meal) as they wouldn't close it after them, perhaps a sign on the inside of the door asking people to close the door when they have finished might help.
