The Boatshed Restaurant - Penzance - Photo album

This is a casual restaurant, that everyone in Penzance should visit. The menu is extensive but with an emphasis on fish. I had the prawns as a starter, and they were firm and tasty. For the main I had the whole Brill it was amazing, well cooked and moist. My wife had the burger, it was huge, make su
Had a lovely evening at The Boatshed for our last day of our Holidays to Penzance. We had stopped nearby and spotted the place walking past during the week and checked out the menu and reviews made us book a table for the evening. Although the website mentioned that seating was catered for around 6
Great restaurant on the front at Penzance. We sat outside, so it was a little noisy due to the working docks, but it didn't spoil the atmosphere. The food was great. We really enjoyed the seafood options they have.

Had prawns and calamari as starters; whole sea bass, salad and chips; mussels and ordered chicken goujons for my daughter. Sea bass was good, prawns and calamari were also good, mussels were delicious - fresh and a great white wine sauce to go with it; chicken goujons were quite dry. Overall dinner
Lovely pit stop for us to refresh . Wonderful staff. Seemed very took a back when we offered a family our seats so they could sit together. Really cute nautical themed place

Everything was delicious - we tried the Cornish sole, sea bass fillets and the lemongrass mussels! Oh, and the cherry

We visited Penzance passing through. Stopped for a walk along the promenade and then went looking for somewhere for lunch. Came across this place whilst actually looking for somewhere else. Now I'm not a massive fan of seafood, but when in Rome (or rather Penzance) had a look and gave it a try. We o
