Really recommend this fish and chip shop. Our first visit but we really enjoyed it. We usually don't get fish and chips very often as we find it is very greasy but this was not and was probably the best quality fish and chips we've had before. The portion sizes are good and the staff are friendly ev
I really enjoy my takeaway fish and chips from here. It used to have a eat in restaurant, but it never reopened after covid. It is the takeaway I use most. I recommend the curry sauce in a tub. Nice for dipping your chips in. Open on a Sunday too. In summer open 12 till 8, best to double check in w
Called in Sunday evening for 2 fish. Had the hake which was the best fish I've ever had in my life !! Absolutely beautiful. It was that good we came back for a fish the next day for lunch. We didn't have breakfast just so we could have a fish again before we left. Fabulous fish and chip shop. Highly
Stopped off with the family for Fish and Chips during our stay in the area. Very busy which tends to be a good sign. Ordered and waited outside to be called our number, along with quiet a few others, parking would probably be somewhere along the seafront if you are drivingto it. Didn't have to wait
One of the best fish & chips I have ever had! Worth to wait in the queue and pay its price! I would change forks for bigger one, but you can either eat by your hand. It is wonderful to seat on the promenade and have such a great meal! Highly recommended! 🐟🍟
Picked up some Cornish Hake, calamari and chips for lunch from Fraser's. The food was tasty, perhaps a little bit oily/batter heavy for our liking! The staff were friendly and wait times were short. Just be mindful the seafood does not come with chips, everything is priced individually!
We ended up getting dinner from Fraser’s three nights out of five during our stay in Cornwall. The service is fairly fast but the food is certainly worth the wait. The scampi is divine, the Cornish Hake is the best fish we’ve had from a chip shop, the chicken nuggets and sausages were good and the c
I’ve eaten a lot of fish & chips in my life and this is up there with some of the best. The batter was crispy and the cod was flaky and not at all greasy. Chips were good too. Thought it was slightly pricey at first but the quality justified the price. Penzance isn’t great but if you are here, defin
This shop is very coeliac aware and has stringent cross-contamination prevention measures in place for customers requiring gluten-free food. The food is excellent quality and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient.
Cheerfully & efficiently served by an older lady loving her job! Happily waited for cod to be cooked. Delicious chunky fish, well drained chips with potato skin on, lashings of curry sauce & tasty mushy peas eaten in the bandstand opposite the shop, out of the rain! Served in a cardboard box with a
Fantastic Fish & Chips! I had the Cod Fish and Chips and it was excellent. I had to wait for a for them it and it was well worth the wait. The fish (Cod) and chips came out piping hot. The Cod was moist and flakey and the crust light and crispy.
Nice fish n chips followed by a whippy with a flake. Friendly efficient service.
Lovely fish and chip shop on Penzance front. It's clean which is the most important thing for me. The food is really nice and not greasy as I wouldn't of used there if it was. You wait outside on an evening time for your food & mine came within 2 minutes. Really impressed & will always use here agai
Best fish and chips in Penzance always beautiful cooked fish. They have a really good online ordering apps which avoids standing in a massive queue. They are also the only fish and chips shop in the area cater for my wife who is coeliac with gluten free food.
Large cod - delicious and tender, tasty, crispy batter. Chips - must be made with large spuds as there's plenty of long square cut chips, great tasting. Curry sauce - well I have to say this is the best curry sauce we've had, anywhere!
ordered a cod with large chips however i would say the large chips was more a small we assumed getting a large we could share between us both but it was barely enough for one person, i always known fish n chip shops to over fill your chips but here its more you are hunting for the last one
