Highly recommend coming here for lunch, coffee, and cake. Staff are very friendly and food is of high quality, great range, healthy, tasty, and good portion size. They are child friendly with a nice old wooden high chair. There were queues out the door so I recommend you book on a weekend. They also had a good brunch menu.
Lovely cosy cafe with a good range of food and very friendly staff. We had lunch, and the quantity was such we we're too full to have one of their great looking cakes. We are heading back tomorrow for coffee and cake!
Lovely staff and cozy café with allergy-friendly options. Amazing chai latte!! However, we did not enjoy the 'meaty big breakfast' as the potatoes and the sausage were super dry and not tasty.
It was simply amazing and I regret not coming here earlier but only at the end of my holiday. Everything was showing so much love, and care, and attention to details. The staff looked genuinely happy to work here, so kudos to the management for this shiny little gem.

We went there twice during our Bank Holiday weekend in Penzance. Pleased to see so many options for vegans like me. My Vietnamese noodle salad was OK, but I quickly realised they had forgotten the tofu (which would have made it very expensive!!) They promptly brought a bowl of cold, diced tofu (and did the same for the nearby table - maybe the person in the kitchen hadn't been told about all the ingredients?) Anyway it was a bit bland but filling. My ginger smoothie was too strong for me, I had to add water to it! My partner enjoyed his halloumi sandwich.
We decided to come back 2 days later to try other items on the menu - this time I absolutely LOVED my vegan sandwich! It had vegan feta instead of halloumi, and the chili jam was incredible. We also found the soup of the day (dahl) really yummy. We ended up staying for 2+ hours as it was so rainy outside. We had incredible desserts, both vegan: banana bread with chocolate spread, and lemon, mint and elderflower cake. We also had herbal tea. All in all it is a cosy place, although it is a victim of its success: very busy, which meant that we had to wait quite a long time for service. You also have to walk through the kitchen to go to a small toilet. Not ideal, but I can see that they are planning to update this!
It is a bit on the pricey side, but worth it if you're looking for fresh veggie/vegan options.
Lovely little cafe. Very popular. Get there 9.34 and cafe was open 9.30 and was already full. People were queuing outside. They have take away options. Gone there twice as we loved 1st time experience. Quite expensive- 4 adults and child for breakfast it's about £80, but great food quality. Friendly staff.
Lovely little cafe! Fab fresh coffee and lovely brunch roll something really unique to the usual - bacon, halloumi, pea quac, chili jam and a fresh ciabatta who would have thought all that goes together! Quick service
I had high hopes for this cafe as I chose it to celebrate my birthday breakfast. The menu was straightforward, but I felt that the food was overpriced. However, the cafe itself had a cozy and rustic vibe.
What a fantastic place. Really small inside so gets a little cramped but the food was awesome and our servers couldn’t have been nicer. From the full English breakfast to the wonderful cakes with beetroot, everything on our table for 8 was polished off with big smiles.
This place is such a little gem. We visited on a really wet day when I was losing hope of finding a nice place to eat with the family. As soon as we walked in it felt cozy and homely and the food was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say it was the best food I’ve eaten out in a long time. Well done guys, beautiful job.
Amazing spot in the center of Penzance. The food and drinks were outstanding. The service was very friendly and warm. I wish I had a cafe close to home that was this cozy and welcoming. And again, the food was amazing and the best we had in Cornwall with lots of GF options. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

Stumbled across the honey pot whilst on holiday, the food was amazing and the service was excellent, I would highly recommend visiting, great kids menu options (and kid friendly)

Such a superb little place. Friendly staff, super tasty food, massive portions and a great menu. Really great for vegan and gluten free but catering for all.
I wasn't keen on the vegan clotted cream though. Also we struggled a bit with the noise level which is mostly inevitable with a small place but moving the coffee grinder to the kitchen would help - it is so so loud. But minor things, we loved this place and would highly recommend.
Managed to find this place on our bank holiday road trip. Breakfast was amazing! So much choice, coffee was superb (my wife is fussy about decent coffee) Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafe was dog friendly and had a nice ambience.
Felt slightly uninviting when told we couldnt just get coffees on a Sunday afternoon, 1 hour before closing. High prices for Penzance. Prefer other local establishments. Would be good to impress family or friends with a Sunday roast.
Great cafe tucked away in a side street in Penzance. When I visited the staff were still doing breakfast but they very kindly made me sandwich to take away as I was travelling back to Edinburgh. And what a sandwich it was, a delicious ploughman's packed with cheese, pickles, ham and salad. I also had one of their amazing brownies. The place is very popular and often has queues of people waiting but I can understand why, it is very good and I would highly recommend.
Visited on Monday having read good reviews. Enjoyed a nice coffee and cake/breakfast. The plum, honey and almond cake moist and tasty, and the sausage & egg ciabatta hit the spot! Could do with a bit more room between tables, and had to ask for various bits of cutlery, sugar and napkins, but all provided through the friendly staff.
