Visited with friends and this is one of their local pubs. Recently had an upgrade and was very comfortable inside.
Good selection of beets and cider. We didn't have food, but apparently the Sunday carvery is amazing. π
The sunday carvery was lovely today. The pub is a bit tired but dont let it put you off. Its clean the staff are excellent food is great. Huge sunday lunch for 9.99. Always come here when holidaying in prestatyn worth the 20 min drive

After missing last year due to lockdown our family were able to enjoy Christmas Day lunch at the Yacht. Once again we all enjoyed a wonderful fresh cooked 3 course meal that was tasty, plentiful and fantastic value. The service was excellent as usual. There was even a beautiful monogrammed gift for our 3 year old granddaughter. Thank you to Graham, Ursula and the team for being part of our family Christmas celebration. Fantastic Sunday carvery yesterday
For a family of 3 everything was spot on plenty of meat veg and potatoes well cooked and the gravy was lovely staff was friendly and a nice atmosphere to the place great value for money thanks
We called in for food today and what a gem this place is. Rare to find home cooked food and value for money. Group of 6 adults and all of us were full. Thank you
Very much a locals pub, we where staying st a campsite localy and decided to nip in for a drink. It was a Sunday late on and they where playing bingo. Everyone was very friendly. Lovely little pub.
Not just run of the mill pub grub here, the food is amazing, the atmosphere relaxed and the staff very friendly and helpful. Even clued up on allergy info which can sometimes cause issues. Definitely coming back!

Enjoyed the carvery. The young people taking drinks orders were rather slow and appeared to be in a world of their own. We were a party of 3 and 2 of us were served our drinks about 5 minutes after ordering but the 3rd person waited about 15 minutes which is not really acceptable. We did ask where her drink was and the response was we are busy it's on the way. We were told there was no mashed potatoes but a party who came in after us asked about mash and were served them. Was it a case of if regular customers they were given priority but if staff don't know you they can't or won't provide the service.

Went to the Yacht for lunch today whilst on our holidays. Received a lovely warm welcome, especially with our dog!! Service was excellent especially as they were young waiters, but very polite and professional, a credit to the team. The food was amazing, the braising steak was to die for!!!! We will definitely call again when we revisit Wales. Thanks to all for a great visit x
Friendly staff, good ale, close to the train station. Has tv, pool table, dart board, parking and juke box. Serves food until 6.00pm.
