Most places now allow dogs inside; this place is truly dog friendly! Exceptional service from very friendly and welcoming staff, delicious food and very generous portions (ordered fish and chips, received whale and chips 😁). There was even something extra from the chef for our dog Lacey (thank you 😊

What a great place!! The staff were so nice and willing to help, the place just feels comforting. Food was delicious and prices were very good. We were staying close by and phoned on the off-chance they had space that evening. We were happy to sit outside as we had our dog with us and we were fitted in.
When we arrived they had sorted the table outside in advance with cutlery and an umbrella up.

This place serves a wonderful Sunday roast, exactly what were we’re looking for after walking the fells! Brilliant food and great service. Well done guys, we will definitely be back again.
