Only downside with Hucks is that the portions could be bigger for the prices.
Apart from that the staff are friendly and helpful. Decent menu choices
Food is good
Drinks sometimes take a little while upon opening but that was once out of my three visits.
Well worth a visit
We pre booked as there was 14 of us, was seated quickly and drinks/food all came super quick! Cocktails were yummy, I got the fajitas which were delicious followed by cookie and ice cream bake. My husband got an alcoholic freak shake which he said was to die for!! Lady who served us was so lovely and attentive. Would definitely come back š
Iāve read so many of the negative reviews on here and canāt understand. Iām assuming busier nights and pressure on both kitchen and waiting staff. However, weāve just had the perfect burgers, and Iāve eaten a few across different burger establishments, and can say these were superb. I added jalapeƱos to mine but my 13yr old had them cheeseburger as it came and wolfed it down. Hats off Hucks - great service and lovely food. Pic of empty plate lol
Great family restaurant. We pre-booked as there were 8 of us in our party. So we were seated really quickly and had great friendly service. Great choice of food and a good kids menu too. Prices not too bad, drinks are quite expensive but they are the same in all places at centre parcs so ok. Would reccomend getting the soft drinks pitcher though if there are 2 or more people drinking soft drinks as they are better value.
Fantastic staff very friendly. Food was brilliant and not a long wait.
Was told by numerous people that Hucks is the best place to eat within a Centre Parcs.
Trying to book in advance was proving difficult and nothing was available at the time.
Once we'd arrived for our stay slots had opened up in the online booking so the wife dived in to get us a slot.
A deposit of Ā£5 per person was needed and that was taken from your bill once you paid.
Our table was for 8:45pm which for me is normally a tad late to eat a big meal, but you're on holiday, so it doesn't count!
I'd describe this place as a TGI Fridays. Similar menu and vibe to the place. Very American.
Food wise, I thought it was spot on.
I went for the sirloin steak. And BBQ wings as a starter.
Wife went her usual route of Nachos and fajitas.
Can have no complaints over either meal, both were fantastic. Service was also spot on.
What I really liked about this place was that they did a 4 pint pitcher of soft drink for Ā£7.89 which is great value as a large glass is Ā£3.19
So much better doing it that way!
I'd recommend here if you're staying. It's a must!
Food was delicious service was top notch (Eliza was superb as where the rest of the staff) and will defo be eating there again next time we go to Winfell
We ate at hucks last night the food was absolutely delicious the burnt ends and mac n cheese with brisket were beautiful we had a issue with one of our meals coming out late but was quickly resolved by our waitress 'jess' who can I just say was very attentive and good at her job credit to hucks @whinfell she sorted everything out for us I'd recommend this place to visit with family.
Absolute brilliant - fast service and nice food, had the chilli bowl, really well presented and a cool idea. Pretty busy in school holiday, but they made it work.
Had a meal at Huck's during our stay at Centre Parcs Winfell.
Service from Jake was fab - lovely and friendly. Food not great but we had a nice evening.
