The Full English breakfast was the best that we had eaten. We travel quite a lot and good,cooked to perfection , tasty food not laden with salty bacon or peppery sausage, is hard to find. Everything on our plate was just right and beleive me we cleaned the plate.The staff we lovely and attentive. Ha

What a fabulous find! Welcoming and friendly staff. Very generous breakfast rolls using top notch ingredients at very reasonable prices. Absolutely delicious and superb coffee too. Highly recommended!!

We visited twice on our stay in Melmerby the first we just had coffee and on the second we had lunch which we could not fault, the liver pate was excellent.
Great place, lovely and friendly staff. Definitely a must visit if anywhere in the area. Lovely coffee and food menu with local community shop.
