Stoneybeck Inn - Penrith - Photo album

Excellent place for a conference or other large meeting. The manager/staff are so helpful and do all they can to make your event a memorable experience. The buffet food is a bit pricey but it is very good and does top off an all round good experience.
Just off the motorway. Easy to find just on roadside. Lovely outside seating to front and side of property. Ample parking. Attended conference there and the room was bright and airy. Large area with high ceiling. The chairs not most comfortable for sitting in all day. Seating with arms might be
Sweet and cosy bedroom, clean and quiet atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and cheerful. DO NOT miss out the food from this inn, I had a lamb shank, a little dry on the outside but the inside was tender. The side mushy was delicious, although mushed but with slight chunk of definetly fresh presse
First time visit hear although passed by it many a time ... Staff very friendly and made me feel welcome ...order taken and food arrived within half a hour ..nicely presented.. Puddings are hard to resist . Nice clean pub/restaurant i couldnt fault it . Very relaxed . Happy customer
Nice bright modern Inn but retains an old fashioned feel. Great menu, never had a bad meal. Staff friendly, prompt service and only minutes from the M6. Probably a hidden gem!!
Lovely location easy to rejoin M6 . Peaceful and comfortable rooms. Lovely menu's but would have liked to see some less extravagant choices. Could have really done with access to an iron.
We called in by chance on way home from a day in the Lakes. Food very nice and staff friendly and attentive. No cask ales but a good selection of local bottled beers. We will call in again.
Such great food, excellently presented, friendly and attentive staff (even though we probably weren't dressed for it). Would absolutely go here again.
Very nice staff, clean and spacious room. Great for average size function. We used the venue for a funeral tea.
Called in on a Saturday lunchtime and we were made very welcome. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I will look forward to returning there in the future.
Just off a roundabout, but well insulated to keep the noise Dow. In the middle of nowhere, so you either drive for food or eat at the inn. Food was hit and miss, mostly miss for me I'm afraid - pate was clearly from a cash and carry, and was tasteless. Gammon was OK, but the egg looked "deep fried"
Came here for tea. Everything was delicious and service was very attentive. Cajun chicken burger was nice and spicy and tasty. Portions are huge.
Great party venue. Well stocked bar good outdoor area for bar b que and photographs. Plenty of space for 150 and more guests.
Excellent food and great helpfull staff. We go very often
Had a private pudding night and it was amazing. The main was great and the puddings!!! They were epic and there were a lot of them!
Good quality food. Friendly service. Much improved over the last year or so. Well done
Excellent location, loads of parking and perfect carvery. Great place for families as well as more mature guests
