Cafe Oswald's - Penrith - Photo album

Stopped here to stock up on produce on route to Scotland and was pleasantly surprised. An amazing selection of high quality produce. Great bread, butter, jams, Cheeses. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was one slice of pie from the Deli which seemed very stale
Great on all counts. Really good brunch (hash and miso mushrooms on toast), great coffee (good oat milk) and some of the best cake we’ve had - chocolate caramel - it was divine! The staff were also lovely!
Every item of food here is exceptional! I know this because there is a free sample of almost everything! I was full before I'd even made my purchases. The staff are so friendly, and that extends to their other branches. The reason we stopped here is because we had been advised by an employee at thei
(Translated by Google) F
Lovely cafe and foodhall. Brilliant range of options in the foodhall but dont expect a bargain, would make for a good weekend treat shop! Customer service is very good. Good location just of the dual caradgeway for a breakfast stop. 👍
Nice produce and well laid out store but a bit expensive. Enjoyed the Ulswater Pie and had some pork spare rib steaks that were very nice on the bbq.
Great farm shop with a good range of local produce. Excellent butchers. Frozen and fresh food available. Didn't try the cafe. But brought some Cumberland sausages back to Dartmoor.
Lovely food served with a smile. Very pleasantly surprised following a minor complaint outwith Cranston's control that we were not charged for our coffees. A very much appreciated touch, thank you Cranstons.
I had lunch from the deli counter and it was delicious and generously portioned. Great selection of food and drink with fantastic friendly service. Well worth the visit.
Nice menu, attentive staff but quite expensive for what we had at breakfast time! 4 adults and I toddler, 3 poached eggs and toast, 1 kids breakfast, 1 full breakfast 2 teas, 2 coffee and 2 orange juice almost £70!
Excellent fresh food store, specialises in meats and deli, but good selection of other foods and veg. Cafe upstairs is very nice, service also excellent, very clean - will return again.
Always first stop of the day before heading out on the road, great breakfast buns etc.. cafe is spot on.. and great food produce form the farm shop on site!! 😁
Loved thos place, the shop is expensive but fabulous produce and the cafe we both just had sausage and bacon bread roll, it was delishious, worth every penny and loads of filling. We were stuffed after it on our journey back to Scotland
A great place & a one stop shop for all your food needs with a fully loaded shop with superb varieties of local Cumbrian food & drinks especially from local breweries. They have a restaurant on the first floor, serving freshly made food.
Seriously good shop. Quality of the food, especially the meat and pies, are out of this world. Always busy, always well stocked and always a joy to visit.
Great butchers with a large selection of cuts of different meats along with many different vegetables. For those that say it's expensive, ask yourself how much you last spent on fast food for 1 meal for 1 person.
Popped in here a few times for a bite to eat whilst on the road. Great service and atmosphere. The fresh food and deli look fantastic but their takeaway options need some work. The sandwiches are a little dry.
Lovely place. Wished new about it at the start of the holiday as there is so much choice for awesome food. Cafe serving good quality and delicious food
