My husband and I, along with our two children, had a wonderful meal at Bella Italia, Whinfell. Gorgeous tasting food and a lovely waitress called Cristiana (along with a robot) served us!!! Cristiano was really helpful and friendly. Really great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic takeaway from Bella Italia! Unfortunately they didn't have any avaiable tables for my family that day, but we ordered a collection from the restaurant (they don't do delivery unfortunately) and we were enthusiastic by the pizza, it was really good and delicious! Hope we'll eat there again
Food was reasonably good, service a touch slow, and the seating a little cramped and uncomfortable - felt like there was not enough space, too many tables and cramming people in the restaurant really. But was enjoyable though.
Get rid of that useless robot 🤖 lol.
Nice meal here on our last night in Whinfell Forest. It was a little difficult to order the correct items & we were asked if we were done eating 3 times which made us feel a bit rushed. Otherwise good food but very expensive for what it is.
We enjoyed a lovely meal in Bella Italia Whinfell center Parcs yesterday and we were not disappointed. The food was served very hot and our server Vika was very pleasant and attentive. She even took 5 mins out to chat with us! We will be back again on Thurs for another meal. Can't wait....thank you
Charlie was a great server and they were amazing accommodating my gluten free + dairy free restrictions. Delicious!

The best part was the service we received. Victoria was amazing from start to finish. She made sure what we like, made the right recommendations, and she was also very personable. She asked us about our stay , and had a really friendly chat. I would come back to the restaurant again
The food was delicious and the service there are these cat robots that deliver you your food I thought they were only in Japan I can tell why it’s so busy definitely coming back again 5 stars (Mike was great)

Charlie was fantastic! Best service, made sure the gluten free meals had no gluten in them and double checked for our table. Glasses were always full and he had a great atmosphere too him always smiling and helpful.
The food was AMAZING. Chefs kiss. Amazing food on an amazing break. But I’ll never forget our waiter Mike. He was our star. Suggested us good wine and made our dinner memorable with good hospitality.
Had a really nice time for a birthday. The food is reasonably priced for being in Center Parcs, and the quality was great. The BellaBots were a hit with the kids too! Shout out to our server Vika, who helped make the occasion special.

My family ate at Bella Italia yesterday whilst spending the weekend at centre parcs. Could not fault our server Charlie, he was fantastic with the whole family, including the children and someone with special needs. He took his time with us and was extremely patient which was very much appreciated.
