Nice coffee shop and cafe in Penrith with indoor and outside seating. The menu was a bit limited when I visited. They had run out of sausages, but I got a nice bacon roll and cappuccino. The place has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are polite.
Lovely cafe in Penrith. We had baked potato with cheese and egg mayo sandwiches with salad and crisps. Both were delicious. A delicious cup of coffee and pot of tea. Friendly staff. Maybe could do with a little background music for a bit better atmosphere. Will definitely go back.
Nice food but the milkshake was slightly disappointing.
Cosy, cafe. Great baked potato with chilli and cheese.
Nice little place,
Very clean every where you go.
Quite nice coffee, good and hot.
Not much choice of gluten free products but due to its size, that is understandable.
Very obliging staff .
Worth a visit
Lovely little family cafe, had the chilli chicken sandwich and a pot of tea and very kindly didn't charge us for the tea as a treat for my birthday. Many thanks
Lovely little place with more seating and toilets upstairs. Friendly staff and a very enjoyable breakfast.
Cash and card payments.
Very friendly staff who were keen to accommodate us and our 4 month old. Food was good but service a little slow. Will be back if in the area again.
Great coffee shop. I have food allergies (dairy and eggs) and I’ve found that every time I’ve been there is a vegan cake option as well as a range of alternative milks, so no missing out for me. Today I had the vegan chocolate cake which was awesome! You would never know it was vegan. My little boy had a Victoria sponge (not vegan) and he wolfed it down. Both cakes where made in the cafe. Highly recommend!
Lovely cafe amazing scones and hot chocolate with all the trimmings and my Mum had a Horlicks which you don't see very often...well worth a visit great menu for all kids too
First visit here The cappuccino was very nice arrived quickly and hot Unfortunately we had to wait quite a while for our bacon bap but it was worth the wait fresh bread bap packed with bacon Will call again
Found this while searching Penrith for another previously visited in 2019. This small cafe, tucked away, was excellent. Arrived on a bike ride from Carlisle en route to Blackburn and tucked into a fab Cumberland sausage in a ciabatta roll. Definitely on my list for Penrith when I come again
Lovely home cooked food. Seafood choux, sweet potato gnocchi and homemade beans were awesome. Nice staff and books for children. Great find. Cakes looked great. Good coffee too.
One of the best breakfasts ever.
Wonderful Cumberland sausage and home made baked beans were to die for.
Very welcoming and friendly service.
Highly recommended.
We stopped here for breakfast on way home from center parcs. Staff were down to earth and friendly - thick toast and great coffee, with perfect freshly baked scones to go. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Lovely place the ham eggs and chips (proper chips fresh home-made) were so good we returned the following day for breakfast it did not disappoint. Highly recommended.
Second visit and there will be many more.
Lovely friendly people who run it. The toasted cheese 🧀 scones are delicious.
