We really enjoyed our dinner there. Everything faultless: from the food to service. The weekday 3 course set menu was very good value. The slow cooked lamb shoulder was divine. Would come back any time! Do book in advance.

Went here for a meal when we stopped over in Penrith on our way up to Scotland. Ideal location right opposite the hotel. Service was great, very welcoming. We had a delicious fish pie to share for starters and for mains I had the BBQ pork and my husband had the beef. Too full for pud unfortunately.

Really delicious food, everything was packed with flavour from start to finish including the delicious bread and butter. Service was impeccable and extremely friendly. We had a wonderful meal here and would certainly dine again when weโ€™re next in Penrith!

Found this place from the good reviews on Tripadvisor. Was so good my folks went the next day. Unfortunately this meant we had jealous eyes when we heard how good the beef was!
