Very dog friendly, and several vegan options. Menu appears to have been recently updated and has a vegan cooked breakfast. Lovely staff, very comfortable for people and dogs.

Nice little cafe with decent selection on the menu including some local produce. Seems to be popular with pensioners and cyclists - it could well get messy if both groups turned up together. My money would be on pensioners as those lycra glad fellas legs would likely nap like twigs under force of a walking stick. Full breakfast are particularly good and are served til lunchtime. Also had a club sandwich which was served with a fired egg and salad for £8.95. They do try and go that extra mile with presentation which isn’t always case in cafes or pubs. They also do good line in cakes. Could do with extra seating outside but it is only a small place and shares parking with the Garden Centre. Driveway could do with sorting as has loads of pot-holes which could cause issues especially for older clientele in small cars.

A delightful cafe. The food was fabulous. The service was impeccable. A little out of the way too, so no undisirables. Perfect! Has a dog friendly area inside and obviously outside.

Great cafe serving good choice of drinks (inc alcoholic), cakes, breakfast food, lunch choices & more. Friendly service & very nice quality food at a fair price. Gets very busy at weekends (popular stop for cyclists) & can be a wait for a table & food if busy (the downside of it's popularity!). Basic but cosy environment with sofa & comfy seats in one corner with small wood burner. Only negative is lack of comfortable seats at most tables, but guess stops you hogging a table too long !😄

We love this cafe. Friendly staff, lovely food (I had the prawn and smoked salmon salad), too full for dessert sadly. Prices are very reasonable.

I once reviewed this cafe before and was concerned, as a cyclist, that it wasn't too cycle friendly. A bit surprising really as a good deal of trade comes from cyclists. Having called in recently, I was pleased with the service and food I had and now believe that cyclist are welcome. The cafe is pet friendly and has a nice dining area specifically set aside for those who wish to take their fury friends. A very popular cafe and I recommend a visit to the cafe or garden centre.

What a find this place was! Fantastic food! Exceptional value, friendly and efficient service. Parking was easy and plentiful and the cafe is dog friendly too. Both our kids are fussy eaters but there was plenty to choose from on the menu for all tastes. Puddings were especially good. Highly recommended
