Good option for some food on the go. The breakfast option is great with bacon egg and sausage rolls cooked fresh. Staff are always friendly and polite. Car park is poorly designed hard to manouver and causes traffic issues on the main road.
The same good standard of food and coffee as expected from this chain of bakery with very helpful and polite staff. Certain times of the day parking can be a challenge due to the shared car park with the Tesco outlet next door.
Good food at a reasonable price, as you'd expect from any Gregg's. The member of staff who served me was also very friendly and helpful when explaining how to use the app!
The car park is pretty tight in this particular Gregg's.
They make me breakfast on the way you work and nice coffee.

My office manager decided to buy everyone breakfast this morning... And the amazing staff in the Pencoed branch sorted us out 24 breakfast baguettes and 24 drinks with minium fuss at short notice and even with a smile even though we cleaned them out pretty much. I go there a few times a month, never had bad food. Spot on.

Parking is a pain but always friendly staff and rapid service. The chocolate muffins delicious.
The products out of this world, the service quick and staff very friendly, nice store to call into when passing to go to work. ( Watch out when there are offers on, the staff really know how to sell )

Generally well stocked but when it comes to wraps you may have to wait for them to be made, which on the plus side means they're fresh
