Food is always top notch here! Have been frequenting for years, the staff are very friendly, loyal they’ve been there as long as I can remember. Always have a chat with them, not a bad word to say about the place. Keep up the good work 👍🏽
The batter is really crispy and the fish is excellent quality. The chips could have done with a few moments more if I'm being critical but that's only today, usually they're perfect. Best chippy for miles and miles

Dunno what is going on with people saying they are rude. We live very close by and these guys are very friendly. You will always see them chatting to the locals and regulars. Never seen them be rude to anyone. Great chip shop.

Lovely fresh food, sausages were not your average but better, and we had a lovely tasting of the curry (Irish curry who ever knew) the staff are super friendly drinks super cold and clean And well presented

Penarth fish bar is a very busy chip shop in Cornerswell Road. The shop sells all the food that you would expect from a fish and chip shop, plus it also sells other food such as burgers. It is always very busy in the shop. I had fish and chips which was nice, the batter was very crispy.
Best fish and chips. Always cooked fresh; fish is in crispy batter (and not too much batter) while chips are chunky and freshly made.
Massive portion of fish. Chips great too.
Prepare to que tho. Long wait with little ones but to be expected when the weather is warm.
