Absolutely fabulous chicken curry and chips. Well the portion of fish and chips is massive and also tastes great. I loves this chip shop 😉

Best fish and chips in Penarth. Certainly 100% better than the Posh chip shop around the corner. Queues are usually long here but that's because everyone loves it. Portion sizes are brilliant, fish is mostly cooked fresh especially when busy. Prices are very competitive and service is quick. I certainly recommend this place!
Great food at a great price and friendly service the shop was spotless. Get your chips here then head to the front for chips and seaside fun.
Food was very good, but there was no small fish and the guy wouldn't half a large fish which would of been easy enough so had no choice but to spend extra money on food that was going to be wasted. Could of been a little bit accommodating.
Our first night in Cardiff and needed to find a fish and chip shop that had gluten free options. All the other recommended shops were closed as it was a Sunday but found Plassey fish bar with delivery via Deliveroo and we were not disappointed.
The food was clearly marked as gluten free to not mix up with others who had ordered. Batter was crispy, curry was awesome and chips were great. Huge portions.

Our favourite chippy in Penarth. Well cooked fresh food. Generous portions. Not always a parking space outside so you may have to circle the block. Go and sit on the clifftop and watch the sea and ships.

If you like your chips with a slight crunch like me you'll love these chips. The haddock was ok and the batter was nice and thin.

Just popped in for the first time, we had 2 gluten free fish in batter, chips and curry sauce. Biggest piece of fish we've ever seen, amazing curry. 5 out of 5.
Friendly staff, always a queue of people. Staff don't give receipts and will ask for customers orders in batch even before serving everyone, so can get busy and confusing to receive your order and staff get confused too.
