Compliments to the Chef at wishful house last night the Salt and Chilli prawns were the best ever! Light and fluffy batter, delicious king prawns. Fingers crossed they’re as lovely next time.

This has to be the best Chinese takeaway in Penarth, the special fried rice tastes amazing and my partner has the chicken chow mein with garlic sauce which she really enjoyed as well.

Absolutely fantastic food! King Prawns cooked to perfection in both the curry and chow mein. Hats off to the chef for the best food, best flavour, generous portions. Would highly recommend 👍

Nice little friendly Chinese takeaway. The food was hot, fresh and authentic.. The staff are friendly. There is a large Cantonese menu. At busy times you can wait for thirty minutes or more but you can phone and pre book your order and collect. Parking is quite difficult as it situated on a main roa
After a break because the food had got disappointing, we decided to give wishful house another try. glad we did .it is really very good .don't know if they have a new chef, must ask when I order next but it's amazingly zingy and fresh.very authentic tasting.we are happy to support wishful house. 5 s

Not usually a fan of Chinese Takeaway but this is delicious. Definitely would recommend. Cash only. However, cash machine outside if collecting so not really a problem unless you want delivery.
