Visited today with my mother, sisters and niece for my mums belated birthday afternoon tea. It was delicious! So much cake that we had to take some home! We all loved the homemade scones with jam and cream. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for being so lovely. Customer service was excellent!

We love Victoria tea rooms and go there several times a week. Christine and her staff are welcoming and friendly and food is fresh and nicely presented. My granddaughters love having milkshakes and cupcakes there and we had a 10th birthday party there too. We love it.
Loved this tea shop. The best in Penarth. Very friendly service and great coffees.
Lovely vegan cake and tea, and great coffee with welcoming, friendly staff! Love the decor and how it adds to the atmosphere! We will definitely visit again next time we're up this way!
June 2022 update
We have just had Chris do the catering for my mum in law's funeral, everyone there commented on how lovely the food was. Superb service our selection of food was freshly made from quality ingredients, in my opinion the corned beef pie and Welsh cakes are just the best.
Visited again today for a lunchtime meal excellent food well presented and good value, not much else I can say except call in you won't be disappointed.
Used their catering service for a family get together excellent service food delivered on loan trays really good and well presented. The sandwiches were all fresh and the homemade cake was to die for.
Lovely tearooms. Polite and Friendly staff. Excellent customer service. They always cater for me being a vegetarian and coeliac. My friends and I usually meet here for breakfast. We have also had lunch and afternoon tea. Definitely worth a visit.

A family run "proper caff" serving up great breakfasts and cakes, with staff who are always friendly and welcoming. A local community gem.
Lovely quaint little tea room with a good and full choice on menu. Excellent and friendly customer service. Fantastic selection of cakes that are so scrummy and very large portions. Will definitely be visiting again. 🤗
