Been there over 15 times now for a meal. Every time the service has been excellent and the food has been amazing. The fish & chips is my favourite meal but I have tried several others. Me and my friends came here to revise before an exam, the atmosphere here was simply calm and the outside seating area, under the shelter was a different vibe to sit down and get to work. Overall the experience was fab! Food was lush and the outside table we sat at was lovely!
Only downside was we had to go inside a couple times to get the servers attention to be told we would be seen to soon. Perhaps it was busier for the staff than expected that day.
Nice tea shop with good menu options and good portions at good prices. Staff very friendly and helpful.
We popped in for breakfast on a Saturday, the staff were very friendly and the food was great. The breakfast came with a coffee and orange juice included in the price which was very good! Will definitely visit again if we are in need of breakfast in Penarth ☺️
