Great food, huge selection and a cool atmosphere. I had Miami brunch, our lass had tapas and mac'n'cheese. Good coffee and freshly squeezed OJ. Top job

Once they arrived we moved to a larger table and ordered food, which was delicious. Great service and pet friendly (I always enjoy meeting new doggos whilst out!).
Good service, my only issue was with the food - New, Rose's pulled chicken truffle, presentation/looked awful needs salad type dressing, quality ingredients and tasted great, really enjoyed it, but, not enough somewhere between a starter and a main, it needed rice or bread accompaniment. (Good value) left still hungry.
Food is really good, but why oh why are they so stingy with their chips?
The burgers are expensive, but really good, but come with a pathetically small cone of chips in an old tin mug.
I've mentioned it to them and they say they'll look into it but never do.
When you pay £14 for a burger, it's nice to have a decent portion of fries, not a small handful.
Great place to visit for lunch/drinks, in the middle of town. I’m yet to visit a bad ‘lounge’ by the same company.

My grandson and I had a lovely lunch yesterday. He had macaroni cheese and garlic bread. When I spilt a full cup of coffee over the table they were so attentive and brought me another cup and they were so sweet.
Really interesting place to eat. I have literally never seen so many pictures on walls before and it was great looking around. Quirky and lovely. Food was great. I had an all day breakfast (for which there is a lot of choice) and it was not greasy like you might think. Eggs were perfect and so we're the sausage patties. Vegan and veggie food avaliable. Pay at bar where they serve alcohol. Kids menu. I want to know where they got the paintings from!
I have moved out of Penarth now, and honestly my biggest loss has been Ocho. I cannot count the number of times that I have been here, and each time the food has been impeccable, the service outstanding and the atmosphere is always great. For breakfast, a coffee, lunch or dinner, Ocho does not disappoint. Great value for money, and I love how its always open and welcoming. The online paying now is also a massive bonus (but you can also order at the counter if you want. Best place to eat in Penarth!
I love it here, the menu is fab and very broad. They have funky things that just work so well so it's easy to try new things. I've rated a 4 for food as the time before last they forgot my bread and Greek yoghurt with my shakshuka, and the last time I went I had the bang bang chicken noodles which were nice I just feel like the dish was missing something maybe a bit of sweetness? But we all enjoyed and I will definitely be back. I'm sure the staff would have been more than happy to help if I brought it to their attention. Oh and ladies toilets are 3 floors up which is not ideal at 39 weeks pregnant 🤣
Very comfortable environment, friendly staff and good food reasonably priced. Been there a few times for lunch and will be returning.

Relaxed atmosphere, quick service, yummy wholesome food, plenty of gluten-free and vegan or dairy free options (simultaneously for those of us with multiple intolerances) and portion size felt just right.
