I had some pub classics and sat outside The food was good just pub classics ham egg and chips, curry half and half, and some kids food. The beer was cold and wet and the locals made you feel welcome. Best place to stop pre or post ferry trip. Highly recommend the toasted sandwiches, wished we had also ordered chips as they looked so good on our neighbours plate! Friendly staff and a proper traditional pub.
What should I say.... You have to visit it. The staff was very kind and helpful. After more than half a day on the coastal path I was really thirsty. Great traditional free house pub with a wonderful atmosphere, just as you enter Pembroke Dock, with a fine beer garden and home cooked food. Landlord owned and operated for more than 40 years.
