Quick easy service even when busy. Great choice of bakery, sandwiches and sweet stuff.
Only nipped in for a coffee and a tea. The guys working there were busy cleaning the cafe part and behind the counter and they both offered to serve us and asked what we wanted and if we needed anything else! Brilliant service from both of the lads. Had to use the toilets while we was there and they
Airy space. Clean. Quiet. Service took a while as only one person on the counter. An extra slice of bacon or extra sausage would be great on the baguettes.

I was in Gregg’s Peebles this morning and was served again by Lewis.
He is a breath of fresh air and an ambassador to all the young folk in Peebles. What an example he is setting. Attentive, well mannered and extremely professional who Evers son he is you must be extremely proud!!!

Caught them just after the lunchtime rush. The store was covered in pastry and not the biggest place to enjoy our coffee and bake.
All right to pick up normal bakery products. The shop is very small so no seating inside and can be busy at times but not a long wait to get served. There are some good deals and the savoury foods are more than often warm.

A blind customer with a guide dog came in will we were there and the young chap serving went above and beyond his duty looking after the customer very good customer service well done
Called in here for a large Latte and Bacon and Omelette baguette after doing a 14 hour night shifts on Tweed Green for Tweedlove festival. Excellent Customer service from the staff that served me.
It is a very small shop so there is often queues. Also some sandwich options are not available every day unfortunately. Apart from that, it's a very average Greggs affair. Good food and service
