We run a pub with 5 letting rooms just up the hill from Ramblers and send our guests there for breakfast. All I receive is amaaazing feedback about the food, and how awesome it is that there is plenty for gluten free/vegetarians etc to choose from. The atmosphere, cleanliness and staff are fantastic. On a personal note, I often visit Ramblers as I find the food fresh, well cooked and really really tasty. And Suzi the owner is theeee perfect host. I will continue to recommend Ramblers to everyone I know, as I know they will get a first class meal every time. �
Excellent service. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere to sit down and enjoy a meal. Very reasonable prices. Food was amazing. Lots of choice on the menu which caters for all types of dietary meals. Would highly recommend anyone to visit for a meal or for just a coffee and cake, if you are in Peebles. �

Great service, lovely staff and very friendly with our little ones giving them some lovely things to play with while we were there. Great size portions, great price and delicious home made pate.
Not been in since Suzi took over, popped in with my two girls who loved their lunch boxes, kept them busy whilst i tucked in to my big breakfast � food was gorgeous, lovely polite staff and loving the new decor! See you again soon guys x
My first experience of haggis, absolutely delicious. Lovely staff and a great late breakfast to fuel the walk north to John O'Groats
We had the Full Breakfast as a late brunch. The food was excellent and the portions were large. Staff were attentive, and it was obviously a favourite with the locals.

I have been going to ramblers for years now & never had a bad experience but now I don't live in Peebles I don't get to visit as much as I'd like. I did visit on Sunday with my family & just want to say thank you to everyone for accommodating us so well. Large group of 12 which we were able to reserve in advance & then tables rearranged so that we could all sit together. We had family visiting from Canada who wanted to go back to ramblers after a previous visit and were not disappointed. Thank you to everyone working on Sunday �
Absolutely love this place for our wednesday brekkies! And the young waiter that works in there gives us a bowl of hot water everytime to heat up my baby daughters milk without any hesitation, an incredibly polite and helpful young man!
Lovely little cafe, staff are friendly and food and cakes are delicious.

We are so pleased we came in. Their vegetarian breakfast is outstanding, which something that’s actually quite hard to come by in Scotland! Highly recommend coming in. My partner was also over the moon for his meat-eater full breakfast. A good cup of coffee too!
What an amazing breakfast fryup. More than enough to keep ya going for the first half of the day for sure! Very fairly priced and had all the fixings with it. I had particularly been looking forward to some haggis and black pudding and this one had tasty portions of each. Highly recommended!

Stepping into Peebles for the first time, we were quite scared of finding a quality proper fry up. Luckily, we happened to stumble into the ramblers cafe.
For only £8.50, we had a lovely full breakfast with a side of tangy sweet orange juice. The black pudding was the highlight as it is my favourite part of a full scottish.
A perfect wee pitstop a stones throw away from the bus stop thats sure to set you up for a long day of ramblin' goodness! Yee haw!!
Lovely staff, the waiting staff were all so helpful and kind. Amazing flatbread and the kids enjoyed their kids menu choices too.
Great varied menu from light bites & breakfast to more substantial meals. Recently refurbished so very pleasant surroundings too. Excellent service to top it off. I had the half breakfast which was good value at £6. I tend to be disappointed with cooked breakfast as it's always bland unsmoked bacon. This came with super tasty smoky bacon. To be thoroughly recommended. The cakes always taste homemade which is so much nicer than mass produced and bought in.
Enjoyable cafe, it was completely full however the staff were happy to organise for us to sit outside which was great.
Food was great, although as it was takeaway we did only get the sandwich and no extras.
Really looking forward to coming back in future.

Just looked for a place to get tea or coffee. By chance parking outside was easy and not too busy at 12:00hrs. Two teas and a sandwich and we were off. Much busier by 12:30hrs, so we hit it just right.
A real hearty Breakfast perfectly cooked, well priced with Lovely staff. Sets you up for the day. Well done all great job👍
