I have just bought and eaten a OSSOS Reuben Beef sausage roll and a Hot Goan Pork sausage roll at Portobello Food Market....OMG died and gone to heaven! Beautiful flavours. Cannot wait to visit the restaurant.
While visiting peebles yesterday called in for a late lunch great menu the soup was to die for staff very attentive thought about having a glass of wine but thought it was very over priced we were staying in a 4 star hotel which charged much less that would be our only fault
Certain to impress - extremely good food from an amazingly talented chef.
In our top five restuarants from hundreds we have tried around the world.
This is a lovely restaurant to visit the food is outstanding the staff are efficient freindly and polite the outside seating area is a sun trap in all the seasons definitely worth a visit it's always best to book as it does get very busy
The other night I had dinner in my Little town of Peebles.
The quality of food served here is that of any major city I have eaten in, from the local brasserie, the café & cake shops & pub grub are all first class.
Next time you are passing though it would be rude not to eat in OSSO which is way up there in my humble opinion !!!

Perfect way to spend our wedding anniversary. An hour trip to Peebles from where we live but worth every mile to be part of the Fallachan fine dining taster menu experience. There might have been 32 other diners but we felt like we were the only guests. Superb service and fantastic food! good

Had a lovely lunch in Osso yesterday afternoon. From start to finish it was wonderful. My children enjoyed the sausage and mash and the macaroni. My wife loves the mushy peas with the fish and chips and the brown crab rarebit on sourdough was amazing. Definitely worth a visit if you are around this way!
Visited Osso by chance on a trip to Peebles for a late lunch.. Wow wasn’t expecting that! Absolutely fantastic. So good in fact my wife & I were actually planning our next visit before we had even finished our lunch. Loved it.
Not made for takeout. Chicken wings and fries were bland and soggy. Thai salad was good. Sauce was excellent. Decor inside is beautiful.
Went back a few times to give it another chance, and the food at the restaurant is delicious! Creative little dishes with original ingredients. Beautifully presented plates! Highly recommend this gem.
I was down for a cycling event and was just looking for something small but tasty. I ended up having a lovely meal and the staff were excellent. Same tme next year? I certainly hope so.

Stopped by Peebles on the way to Edinburgh and found this beautiful place. Tried every dish on the menu and would dare claim it as one of the best eateries in the country. Would definitely travel from Singapore to Peebles just to have a meal.
Update: We visited again and we're once again really happy to have visited. The soup and sandwiches were delicious and the are gluten free options available. Staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming.
Phenomenal! The dishes were truly delicious, even ones we thought would have been just ok because they were potatoe or cauliflower were AMAZING!!
4 dishes between 2 people are a medium meal. Very happy with this place, staff were really friendly.

Absolutely amazing place. Not sumptuous interior, but the menu options are unusual, perfectly prepared and presented. Wonderful, simply wonderful. We tried 6 different dishes and loved every one. The Korean cauliflower is a "must try" for everyone.
The wait staff are friendly, helpful and highly professional. We highly recommend.
Most pleasant surprise! Wow - what an excellent menu with brilliantly prepared tapas-like plates from the kitchen. It was so good we had to go back a second night. MENU TIP: try the Korean Cauliflower! And the food is backed by caring genuine and skilled table service.
Best food experience of our week so far. Fabulous food. Fabulous service.. All plaudits equally deserved from front of house through to kitchen. We loved it. We will be back.
Great food, great service. Been going to Osso for several years now, mainly for special occasions, and the the food has always been fantastic. Any I recommend you try the Dark Chocolate desert…it’s gets a wow 😋
We stopped by here on Thursday night after reading reviews on trip advisor, and was nothing short of incredible.
The food was on another level - the cauliflower was amazing and really do have to call that out. We ordered 6 between us but could've done with 4, I think the chips and ice cream we had after really did push us over the edge.
Service was perfect, a lovely smile the whole time and very attentive. It was quite busy but everything still went great. Will definitely be visiting again if I'm down in Peebles again.
