Great food, very authentic. Great and attentive staff. Not too keen on the interior and decor but the food compensates that completely. Will be back.

I went in for a quick bite takeaway, the lovely member of staff helped me decide, and explained all the meals and ingredients of my order, upon getting home it was so good I went back for a second night, I just had to try her other suggestion.

Best Thai food we’ve had in a long time. I had the yellow chicken curry and my wife had the vegetarian green curry. Plentiful portions with perfect amount of spice. We took ours to go and ate on the park benches across the street
My son and daughter-in-law took me here for my birthday yesterday. Lovely variety of food and friendly staff. I know it's been here for a while but never thought of trying. It's SO worth it and no dearer than local Chinese or Indian restaurants. They do take-away as well. Definitely be back.
Fantastic first experience of this gem-of-a-takeaway/restaurant in Peacehaven. I had chicken pad krapow, coconut rice and satay chicken on skewers. Underrated Thai restaurant as don't hear people suggest as a recommendation. Food is authentic and really impressed, will be back soon
We are not exactly spoilt for choice in the area for nice places to eat but the Baan Sai is one of them. Excellent menu and food, informal atmosphere and excellent customer service, the staff are always friendly and attentive. One of my favourite places to eat.

I've had a lot of Thai food between Brighton and Peacehaven way and I have to say, this place is the real deal! Amazing, authentic food and proper spice when you need it. I'm so happy I live near this restaurant and that it's been opened up again for takeaways.
The food was delicious staff very friendly highly recommend it... we came away from the special offer they have o a Monday and Tuesday 2 course for £10...absolute bargain. We ate from the normal menu tonight ant it was absolutely delicious as usual....Will be booking for my birthday in November wit
