The place was lovely one of the young ladies who looked after us just couldn't be any sweeter. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean room well decorated. And the food was lovely.
Very welcoming. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great little area. Family run nothing too much trouble. Rooms so clean well stocked. Great stay. Definitely recommend. Easily accessible to Edinburgh.
Lovely lunch today! Pate was served with salad and delicious tomato relish. We enjoyed fish n chips and cheesecake to finish. Service was nice no problem with us sharing starter and dessert. We will be visiting again

Sunday roast, beautifully cooked bit of beef, generous portion and that gravy was delish, we will be back for sure. Friendly staff and great service. Would recommend.
Lovely staff and environment. I had halloumi salad and hubby had burger with black pudding and monteray Jack cheese. Every bit delicious.

Went for food only on a Sunday around lunch (1300 hours). Didn't book ahead but enough space for 2 adults and a child.
The rear of the building was a bit off putting but the front and interior makes up for it. Staff were warm and welcoming and the tables and area was well decorated and clean.

My son treated me for mother's day. Service just right, staff very pleasant and welcoming. Good menu with plenty of choices. All our food, from starters to mains, all delicious and lovely coffees to finish off. Thank you all, we agreed it would be nice place to go again soon 😊

Called in on the off chance on father's day at 6.00pm,although they were booked they found us a table at the side the fish was excellent the staff a credit to themselves
