Fantastic local pub serving home made food and local beers. We booked to get a table during a busy 'yorkshire night' event while staying in the town for a few nights and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The food was fantastic and the price was extremely reasonable.
Called In last minute for a Sunday dinner. Party of 7. All had Sunday lunch with x1 having a special of rabbit stew followed by home made deserts. It was absolutely delicious. Not one plate wasn’t empty. Highly recommended

Lovely little gem of a pub ..food and service were lovely. I had a huge rack of tasty ribs served with chips and coleslaw .. and so well priced, too .
The lady who served us was so lovely and accommodating and the food was brilliant 👏 I had the prawn chilli chorizo salad and salt and peppered calamari, my son had the fish and chips and my daughter had the sausage chips and beans. The outdoor seating area looked fab too 👌 My kids had a quick go at
Stopped for a Sunday roast and it was amazing. Great to see a vegi option that’s not just the veg. Really friendly staff.
Went for Sunday lunch. Bar staff were so welcoming and friendly to us and our two large dogs. We ordered roast beef and roast pork. It arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious - it was just like a proper home cooked meal. Neither of us quite finished. Would definitely go again and highly recomm
Just called for a drink after a walk on the Nidderdale Way. Nice sit out area at the front, overlooking the road to the show field. Reasonable prices.

Lovely local village pub, the steak pie was excellent. Lots of choice or larger and hand pulled ales.
Came here for Sunday dinner the other week. Had to wait a while before we got served! Had roast beef which just fell apart it was beautiful. The veg that came with it had a little to be desired. But overall it was good pub meal.
Nice place staff are very friendly, didn't eat their but the food looked good.
We had a cracking couple of nights in Pately Bridge and such a laugh with the landlord and landlady of this place Good craic Singer on Saturday was local girl who was brilliant
Only stopped for a couple of pints. Nice little pub. Friendly staff. Didn’t eat so don’t know what the food was like. The log fire was very welcome after a cold walk.
Great little venue. Friendly locals and staff. Didn't try food but looked good.
Great place. More like a good town pub than a quaint but pretentious Dales tourist pub l would say. And they managed to serve us 3 different vegetarian meals, all home prepared and excellent.
