First visit lovely food I had a sweet waffle & hubby had goats cheese pancake both absolutely delicious. Great place but no display notices for opening times had to make 2 journeys before we found it open. But worth the effort thanks.

Called in today for the first time with the wife, two kids and two dogs. Kids had sweet pancakes and me and the Mrs had savoury. Must admit I loved my savoury goats cheese pancake despite the fact I was a little unsure at first having never eaten one. The wife loved hers as well. The kids ate all theirs up and loved them as well. The free lemon water was a great idea, especially as you can go and help yourself. Also the coffee was great and the dogs appreciated the bowl of water. Staff were friendly as well. Worth a trip to Pateley Bridge for in itself.

Called in yesterday , great to find a dog friendly place on a rainy day. Didn't try the pancakes but we had coffee and toasted teacakes with possibly the best jam we had ever tasted and nice to get a cappuccino that is actually hot. Would definitely go again good friendly service.

We went because we spotted the sign saying dogs welcome otherwise we wouldn't have been able to go so glad we could......what a great little place to eat !!! Extremely friendly staff. Lovely decor and fabulous pancakes, waffles and milkshakes. What more could you ask for. Will certainly visit again and would highly recommend

Visited for the 1st time yesterday for morning coffee and shared a sweet pancake with my husband. Liked it so much we went back after our walk for savoury pancakes for lunch. Friendly pleasant staff and would heartily recommend.

After 3 visits in a week, we can confirm that The Pancake House make the best pancakes (both sweet & savory) and milkshakes in the north and south of England. All of the staff are very friendly and funny too...... a lovely place to take a break if you are in Pateley Bridge.

First time here, SWMBO had breakfast pancake and good fruit tea, I had the Plush Breakfast - seriously good, wickedly rich, sensibly-priced, followed by one of the best Americans I've had for ages.. Failed to spot that it's Dog-friendly, left Lenny in the £0.50 for first hour car park. Oops, time to go.

Had lunch there today. Really helpful and accommodating staff. Our son wanted a pancake with just butter which wasn't a problem. I had the plush breakfast which was poached egg on a bed of mushrooms and soda bread with maple coated bacon. Divine. Drinks wise I had a cappuccino which was also very tasty. Lovely food and a lovely atmosphere. Would certainly come back.

A must when passing through or visiting Pately Bridge! The pancakes, both savoury and sweet, are delicious and the mushrooms are honestly the best I’ve ever had as part of a breakfast/brunch. Friendly staff and a lovely setting with loads of choice.

Fantastic service and food. One of the party is vegan so had the smashed avocado on sourdough bread, a coffee and a milkshake created by our waitress made from Vegan Vanilla Ice-cream, Oat Milk and Oreo biscuits. Great atmosphere and will be sure to visit again.

The nicest little place! Staff were lovely, nice buzzing atmosphere, very dog friendly, so dog friendly that they sell little doggy cakes! Had a traditional lemon and sugar pancake, their Berry smoothie and it was divine. Also had a waffle with honeycomb ice cream and it was awesome. Highly recommend, will visit again when back in Yorkshire!

Out on a brutal bike ride in the chilly December Yorkshire Dales and we dropped into Pateley Bridge to warm up and have a bite to eat. Great food, attentive sercice and a fair price. Will be back, legs willing!

Got only ice cream and dog cakes. Boy, was the doggy fond of them. Yet ice cream was even more delicious. A wide variety of those in place. Pancakes looked indeed yummy but we just had our lunch ensewhere and had only space left for an ice cream, which was a must and exactly here 🍦❤️🎯 Thank you for the good work you do.

Very popular and a superb eatery with show cooking of pancakes. Having parked the bikes in the car park opposite it was heaven to get a table at lunchtime immediately and get warmed up this winter's day. We ordered the Autumn special comprising tea or coffee, leek & potato soup with a slice of crusty bread followed by a tasty pancake dusted in cinnamon. The staff were very welcoming, very friendly and super attentive. Highly recommended.

Very nice food. Never tried savoury pancake and I was a bit adamant to give it a go. But I’m glad I did as it works very well and I really enjoyed it. The smoothie was very good also. Recommended 👍🏻

Lovely friendly service and quick for a bank holiday Monday and people waiting for tables. I've wanted to visit for a while, so glad I finally managed it. Sourdough toast and smashed avocado is lush. Update: 2nd visit and due to not eating wheat I asked for just smashed avocado. Wonderful lady was so helpful and asked if I'd like it on a bed of salad 💕
