Harefield Hall is a super idyllic Place with very atmospheric decor, a cozy bar, and a chic restaurant, as well as very friendly hosts. The rooms are quite small and very noisy, but that's not unexpected in such an old building. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, thank you very much!
We had a lovely stay at Harefield Hall when visiting Harrogate for the weekend. The staff were friendly and efficient and very helpful.
We had not planned to eat at the hotel but they managed to fit us in. At first we thought the food was slightly on the pricey side however the portion size was lar
late night booking which saved camping in a storm, lovely lady checked us in.large king size bed and en suite, beautiful views in the morning, breakfast included, friendly staff, a few damp spots on walls but very old building, but will stay again if in the area.
Beautiful hotel! If I could give it more stars I would. The building is incredible and for an old place, it's been cared for and kept very well. There aren't very many people working here but it's a much better personal service vs a big chain hotel. I'm happy to wait a little longer for service but
Just a quick over night stay but this place is wonderful what a hidden gem. Looking forward to another visit and sampling their food
We stayed for one night and Harefield Hall turned out to be an ideal place to stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a bath and great views in the morning. The two members of staff we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, but there are parts
I can recommend this hotel highly. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, full of charm with very comfortable rooms, much needed after a big day of walking. I ate dinner in the restaurant both nights as the food was so good. Everything prepared fresh and homemade. If yo

We really enjoyed our stay here. We paid a bit extra for a larger room. It had a great view across the valley and a bay window you could sit in to soak up the sunshine. The staff are friendly. We ate in the restaurant for two nights and the food was high quality. The hotel also has a bar which non-r
We stayed for three nights and had a great time. It’s ideally located but away from the busy town. We ate in the hotel restaurant for two nights and also walked the short distance to town to eat. The food in the hotel was excellent and the staff very professional and friendly. Thank you for a lovely
Wonderful wedding venue. Excellent food. Staff were incredible. We had a wonderful day and stay. Clearly a lot of work going into updating/renovating the property which will make it even more splendid. Would throughly recommend for a stay, dinner or a wedding
We ate in the restaurant tonight and it was great. After a mile’s walk in the pouring rain we were able to thaw out before a roaring log fire with excellent beer before our meal. Food, service and ambience were excellent and Nicky who was running the bar and restaurant single handedly was a star:
Nice hotel in the country , person on reception was happy and helpful . Good number of parking spots . Very nice view . Good strong shower . Floorboards in my room slightly creaky.
Lovely comfortable hotel nicely situated in Pateley Bridge. Stunning views from our bedroom which was very small but compact. Bathroom ok but think we were in standard double. Beautiful dining room serving superb food, and had breakfast in lovely conservatory. Brilliant staff, pleasant and friendly
Thanks to Elaine and Mike for letting us stay as part of Brit Stops. We dined there Saturday night, the bar and restaurant was fabulous, food to die for and the hosts were exceptional. Mike tried to teach my husband 12 string guitar and Mikes impromptu playing was phenomenal. Would certainly, and h
