I ordered a giant iced cookie as a graduation gift for my brother. Jess did a brilliant job and designed the icing with colours to match his graduation gown. Really quick service and easy to order, at a very reasonable price too.
Amazing service from Jess! I ordered the personalised giant cookie and she did it within half an hour from ordering and she was the only member of staff. The cookie looks great and I’m so happy she fitted my message on there! Thanks Jess 10/10 😊
Brilliant customer service could only order a collection for 4pm online so booked that slot but then called them to ask for it to be made earlier which they did.
When I collected I hadn’t picked the colours online because I didn’t notice that you could and it was made in pink and white as I think that was automatically selected.
My Daughters hates pink so asked for it to be changed to blue as I hadn’t realised. The staff were very helpful and friendly and remade the cookie in blue and white for me straight away.
Great customer service. Very impressed.

The staff member who serves me always seems polite and helpful. They sort the order quickly.
The store always seems stocked well at other times during the days and there are plenty of cookie types on offer along with some drinks.
The kiosk is always clean and tidy.
