First time trying Pizza Hut in the UK.
Not disappointed.
Everything run smoothly and our experience was positive.
A bit on the pricey side for what it is, but we didn’t regret visiting.
Obviously some of the best pizza around! We had to order via app using a QR code. Free salad was available with the meal. There is a wide variety to choose from with great deals on the menu. The pizza was really good and I would recommend getting the wings too. I was really impressed with the service, the helpers we're really on the money.
Not been for several years but great experience and lovely food, wheelchair access good and no issues with assistance dog being with us.
Great place to eat can be a bit of a wait at busy times
Came here for Valentine's day with family, the staff were welcoming and attentive and friendly. It wasn't busy which was perfectly alright as the food came fast and did not take long to arrive. The food tasted great. I am in fact craving it again. Looking forward to having it reopen soon. As a sweet tooth, dessert was brilliant. Even if we were not able to eat dessert, we were able to take it home and asking a staff for help in packing the dessert was no problem, and it was all worth the price for a family.
Great food we had the buffet reasonably priced. Would like to be able to have an option to pay with cash
Flexibility to split our group of 5 to a 3 + 2 this meant that we were able to sit quickly - one of our group has a number of food intolerances and these were readily accommodated

Good big-chain restaurant. The staff were really accommodating and found us a table within 5 minutes of arrival and our food came quickly and hot.
Very nice pizza restaurant with fast service and good selection of pizzas during their buffet offering. Great value for money as you pay 4.99 for kids buffet or 8.99 for kids bundle which includes unlimited drink and desert. Adult buffet is 7,50.
There is a great salad bar allowing you to put together your own salad and then you can indulgence in a great selection of pizzas or a choice of pasta dishes (I think there are 2 to choose from)
It was easy to navigate salad area and pizza area. The girl who welcomed me was good and explained everything to me.
I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to. The food was great and the vegan cheese actually tasted like cheese! My non vegan friends even preferred the vegan pizza over the others. The hospitality was especially great. Our server Mia Saunders was amazing, she made sure we had everything we needed and helped us order since online was a bit difficult. She kept checking in on us and was so nice. Would 100% go again.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Mia was amazing and understood we didn’t want to order online and took our order with pen and paper. The service was really quick and saw her multiple times assist other customers when she saw they were puzzled by the QR code scanning to order, she is the perfect role model for Pizza Hut and deserves recognition. She mentioned it was her last day so good luck Mia! I hope you take your amazing service with you. Only downside was we waited about 25 minutes to be seated :(
