Visited whilst on holiday at Whitemead Forest Park nearby. Excellent range of beers, wines, lagers and soft drinks. Lovely meal out with extended family. Mid range cost. Not currently open on Tuesdays (as of Aug'23). Great atmosphere. Recommended 👍 🤠

Didn't stay here not sure if you can but came here for food and drink and the food is lovely especially the burgers. Service was very good too. Definitely recommend this place. Very nice pub restaurant aswell with seating outside to the side front and back set in a lovely area.
We came for an early lunch after having walked around RSPB Nagshead, so we were quite famished. Great pub on the BMX trail - really nice beers in a sun trap garden. Food was tasty (standard pub grub), with Dexter Burger and Pie both good. The staff were lovely and went to pick some mint / herbs to fix a nice off menu drink for us when asked. Lovely place.
