We had a really nice ' ladies do lunch ' and although really busy staff were so nice and helpful would definitely recommend. Prices and food were excellent

I am a regular at the Lord lounsdale and I make a point of popping in for a bite to eat with friends once a month. Called in tonight the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also great value... will be back for another visit soon.....
Been here in the past couple of weeks for meals, I had booked a table for nine people, a couple of weeks ago , the restaurant was busy , the service was great, can’t believe we all got our meals at the same time. Fantastic service all round. Came tonight again with my husband for my birthday, had a bottle of wine in the bar, staff are brilliant, friendly, so nice. Went through to the restaurant for our meal, again it was great, will definitely recommend it �
This pub has great food at resonable prices. The staff are always so friendly. Defo worth a visit.

23 of us there for dinner tonight to celebrate my daughter's 30th . Great meals, great service, great night. Been a few times in a large group. I would highly recommend going to the Lord Lounsdale.

Had a good dinner of 3 starters for £8. Two Friends had curry and a burger, all Delicious! Very friendly staff. Quiz night on a Thursday night is good fun 😀
My family and friends arranged a surprise 65th Birthday lunch on 18th November for me.The staff were very accommodating. Carly served us.She was friendly and efficient. We had a variety of dishes and they were all lovely.Thank you so much for making my birthday special.

Lovely meal at the Lord Lounsdale for a long time and will definitely be back. Easy to book, was seated quickly. Option to order at bar or via phone, I used phone and it was super simple.
Ordered the carribean jerk style skewer with skinny fries. Partner had a burger both really enjoyed our meal and great value for money.
It's a chain pub that does reasonable food for normal folks at a reasonable price, but it's good at it. Food was good for the price. It was served with a smile and drinks prices are great. Selection was good small portions available. It is busy so I would book if you want to get in. Seats outside for that fantastic Scottish summer weather (i mean it). Staff were nice and friendly. Free.parking available. (It used to be very poor in here but what a change. Amazing). Well done to all the staff/management for the huge improvement. I will be back
A fast, super friendly service at the bar. Staff were excellent. We sat outside and the food was brought out in no time. The food was beautifully presented and tasty. I think this place represents excellent value for money
Service was efficient food was great. Just couldn't order on the App as soft drinks page wasn't available!!!?? Had to go to bar to order and as I was struggling with a sore back it wasn't ideal.
Myself and a friend came for dinner m, I had booked a table for 5.30. Came in and gave my name. The girl just pointed over and said our table was number 7. Would have been nice to have been shown. Order came pretty quickly. Food was lovely and very well priced.
I enjoyed the Food and I was really satisfied with the Price of the Food and Drinks which I felt was good value for money. The only negative side was it was a little bit busy for our liking but we can address this buy attending a an earlier time the next time we visit.
Always friendly im now a regular and well known so on 1st name terms with few of the staff. We always take the dog In so I always book table she's always given fresh water as soon ad we go in.

Celebration for my Son's birthday, all staff were fantastic catered for our every need. Food was great, total value for money.
Claire was lovely, friendly and welcoming; she couldn't have done any more for me. The place was clean, the time between ordering and the food making it to the table was decent. The food was nice but not anywhere close to sizzling.
*Update*
When it comes to customer service Claire is definitely head and shoulders above her colleagues. When you come into the restaurant expect to wait a while before you're even acknowledged and a bit longer before you're seated. The cocktails aren't great but there's still a good selection of wines, spirits etc for you to choose from.
Four of us had a nice meal, there was a lovely ambience. Two of us are regulars and fo my two brother in laws it was their first visit and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves
