We visited The harbour Tea rooms a few times whilst on a self catering holiday in Paignton. We nipped in a couple of times for breakfast because it was lovely, the food was great quality, cooked well and great value for money. We also had afternoon tea and I have to say the scones are second to none. I can't wait to visit again in the new year.
Was heading for the Harbour Lights, was quite disappointed to find that if is really just a pub, with pub grub. I looked over the road and right in front of me was the Harbour Tearoom, I was really happy to find that dogs were allowed in, the staff were really very friendly and accommodating, all of the food is home made, I had a really lovely Cheese Scone with a pot of tea, the scone came with cheese and onion pickle which was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend, and will definitely be visiting there again, even served up a biscuit for Archie (My Dog)

We literally just finished our afternoon teas, which i have to say is the best and most enjoyable afternoon we have ever had, the attention to detail with the additions of fresh strawberries and macaroons was amazing. I think I found a new favourite with cinnamon toast. Thank you.

This is our favourite place to have our breakfast. Freshly cooked food with great coffee, clean and tidy with a fantastic view, try and get the window tables.
Friendly staff and reasonable priced, not like some of the other cafes that overcharge you for far less quality food. Give it a try, and you will go back there again.
Just finished our afternoon tea and can honestly say it was one of the best we’ve ever had. We love afternoon tea and have tried many places and this is by far one one of the best. If you are looking for a proper cream tea come here, you won’t be disappointed.
My wife and I have found this lovely little tea room in Paignton,by the Harbour with the best freshly made sandwiches and cakes to die for.
We will be going back soon , PS the drinks are good I am very fussy about my tea

Amazing lunch, the sandwiches were lovely- chunky fresh bread generously filled with a varied and generous side salad
On entry met with smiling faces and a big hello ,fantastic cakes and meals the chocolate cake is to die for .I can recommend this place to any body who likes good food.
