It's a comfortable relaxed pub where you can watch sporting events on the telly, live bands, play darts and pool. Landlord is an absolute gem and always very welcoming.

Excellent local pub serving well kept real ales from the Otter brewery. Friendly staff and clientele worth a visit only a few minutes walk from the railway and bus station.

If you are going to visit an established pub in Paignton then you have to visit here. I can only say fantastic landlord and staff. Always a great fantastic atmosphere an great live music. Well recommend. Main member of staff the one and only Liam .

The new pub decor has made a huge difference to the atmosphere in here. Really enjoyed a pre meal drink here and will now return more often due to improvements made. Well done!
To my mind this is the best proper local in Paignton, possibly Torbay. The landlord is friendly, helpful and welcoming, qualities extending to the clientele. It's an informal place where you will be made to feel at home. The choice of drinks is very good, something for everyone. If you're a Otter Ale fan you are in for a treat, the beer is kept to perfection.
Awesome pub to chill at with a few drinks at very reasonable prices and to enjoy some great company with some fantastic people whom have become very good friends and listen to some great live music at the weekends. Highly recommended.
