After a family bereavement we held a small 'party' to celebrate the family members life at occombe farm cafe. ...... The staff were fabulous and the food outstanding. ... couldn't have asked for better. ... Thank you

Wonderful place! We had a lovely reasonably priced meal with very good portion sizes followed by a fun muddy walk around the nature trail. The treasure hunt was quite hard for the children but they enjoyed the challenge.

Absolutely a superb place to visit. We had 2 little ones with us. They enjoyed their walk among the apple trees with lots of apples, pigs, ducks & chicken. Very friendly staff

Called in to renew our Membership for the Coast And Countryside Trust . Took advantage of the 10% off in the cafe with the membership and and amazing lunch and coffee. We use the membership to gain free parking at Berry Head Car park . The 10% off in the Guard House and Farm Cafe in Occombe is a bonus thank you .

Been here quite a few times it's a lovely place I cannot understand the actions of some people though grrr Yesterday I went to the toilets they were lovely and clean and about half hour later I had to take my granddaughter to the toilets and found that someone had completely trashed them grrr there was tissues, toilet rolls, and what looked like poo had been smeared everywhere grrr this was done by two sisters about the age of 12 absolutely discusting behaviour...

Thank you to all the staff at Occombe and the Trust for all the hard work you do. I do think sometimes people forget you are a charity. Knowing just how rushed off your feet you have all been these past few weeks and you continue to conduct service with a smile. We can't thank you enough for making our special day so perfect. Although it is very difficult to please everyone and manage expectations at times, please do not be disheartened. I know myself and many more people will return to Occombe time and time again knowing the food is freshly sourced, tastes delicious and is served with politeness and courtesy. Which is often hard to find these days. See you all again soon for another yummy farmers breakfast.xx

Came for breakfast with friends. Food was lovely and came relatively quick. Service was good and there wasn't a wait on a table of food.

Really nice breakfast. I took the vege option and my friend had the barn breakfast. We both really enjoyed it, fast service with a smile, plenty of staff. We timed it perfectly at just before 11am as a small queue completely disappeared. Oat milk cappuccino was lovely too. Nice relaxed atmosphere, clean and presentable. Well recommended.

We had a very nice salmon and egg baguette during our walk into Cockington. It wasn't very busy as most people were out in the sunshine, so we had our pick of tables, which was nice. We'll return soon

I decided to resist my usual choice of a jacket potato today and opted for ' Goats Cheese Souffle '...it was Amazing and certainly worthy of a place on the menu of 4* restaurants. I will have it again next time I visit.

Have been here several times in the past but not had a good experience. Salad swimming in dressing, warm roast dinner, burnt lasagne. However, decided to try again and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered breakfast roll and it was superb. Hubby had gf roll and also said it was lovely. 10/10 on this occasion.

Not as many options for coeliacs as there were. Not sure if as much care is given regarding cross contamination as In the past. Been a couple of times and felt poorly afterwards.

bit on the expensive side but what you get is very high quality food freshly prepared and a pot of tea that's good for more than just one cup we got 4 cups downstairs you have the farm shop and what a delightful place that is if you like freshly made cakes then stay clear because you are spoilt for choice and the cheese cake is four inches thick and delicious you have such a lot of locally produced items you can spend quite a while in the shop, then you have probably the best play area for children of all ages in the barn kids just love it,if you join tcct you get 10% off in cafe & shop.

Lovely food, but did find that the carrot cake was dry,and probably a couple of days old. Couldn't eat it, but there again it was a Sunday, and feel that you may get the Saturdays left overs. Other days I have been there and it's spot on.

Great place and atmosphere. The one place where when I say I want "an extra hot drink" I actually get it. Lovely farm shop at Occombe too.

The last time I visited they were back to serving Luke warm coffee. This time I took it back and got a fresh one.
