Lovely atmosphere, very clean and warm welcoming staff. I had the roast and my wife had chilli con carne, both nice meals. Great roast pots and good quality veg, my only small criticism would be is the way the meat is sliced and served. We will definitely be going back in the near future.
Here on holiday. Was out walking and found this amazing place. Stopped off for a cheeky drink and snack we had warm baguette salad home made coleslaw and crisps absolutely beautiful. Staff really friendly and helpful. Will be booking a table for an evening meal before going back home.
A lovely family meal with 14 in total we had pre booked our starters and mains which obviously made it easier for them which is understandable when you're a large party everything was excellent from start to finish everyone enjoyed their food the staff were very welcoming and helpful
Dropped in just before lunchtime service stopped without a reservation and had a lovely sandwich with perfectly cooked fries. Decent prices, geberous portions, quick service and plenty of parking.
Lovely carvery and delicious desserts. Staff super helpful and an all round lovely lunch.
Only feedback would be to have a drinks menu on the table.
Managed to get us in for a table for 2 on a Sunday evening at short notice. Food - carvery was incredible! So tasty! And generous with the meat. Roasties were lovely, as was the gravy. Will definitely be back!

Good value pub. Somewhat dated but has its own charm. Do small plates during the week for those with a lesser appetite.
Attentive service. Buy 2 x 250 ml glasses of wine get rest of bottle free. No complaints with that 🙂.
Love this place! Great food and the staff are lovely! We try and go every week. The carvery is great but the homemade lasagne is my favourite! Also the fish menu is very good. 👍
