Delicious!! Wide variety of hot chocolates and pastries, very delicious. I got 100% dark chocolate and while it tasted very good there were still a lot of lumps of the chocolate that hadn't dissolved (however, as someone who frequently makes 100% dark hot chocolate at home I know how annoy it is to fully dissolve all the chocolate). My friend had the lavender one, which was also delicious- just the right amount of lavender so that it didn't feel overpowering, but strong enough that it mixed well with the chocolate.
The options and customisations on percentage of chocolate are commendable. The place was a little shabby and understaffed but service was nice. Worth trying.
Tried Knoops for the first time and was not disappointed. This is the perfect place for chocoholics. So many options and extras to choose from. I went for the milk chocolate milkshake, no trimmings - it was delicious.
Had never been here before, but I was looking for a little treat, went in and had the best chocolate milkshake of my life! Melted chocolate with 70 percent cocoa mixed with milk
and ice cream with a little whipped cream on top. Utterly amazing! Lots of other warm and cold chocolate drinks as well.
A place for chocoholics but in drink form. The founder seems to be a Dutch man who has ties to Oxford. Amiable staff and a busy branch.
Have been wanting to go to knoops and finally we did!! Although not all chocolates were available for cold chocolate, the dark chocolate was amazing!!! Staff were lovely and it truly tasted of the chocolate rather than any hot chocolates I have had before. Their pastries were nice as well! Would love to try some other chocolates as well and also having the lid to be plastic free could make it even better!
For a non-chocolate lover, I’m quite pleased with my concoction. At 80% dark chocolate and a little sprinkle of spicyness, it was actually nice!
Incredible hot chocolate! So many vegan options, even a milk chocolate one. I got 72% cacao (dark) with oat milk, cinnamon, and vegan marshmallow. The drink was so rich and barely sweet in the best way. The marshmallow was incredible. Employee was very kind!

Fun experience with create your own hot/cold chocolate! Vegan friendly! Just wish they had ceramic cups for sitting in the cafe instead of only take-away.
Knoops should be considered a national treasure (though most branches are around London and surrounding areas)! I love the different ranges of chocolate that you can select for your chocolate beverages. It is also great that you have the option to add in flavourings such as spices for no additional cost. The baked goods at Knoops are also fabulous!
Popped into this place after work and was welcomed instantly on arrival. The team are friendly and kind and the manager, Cara was very patient when helping me pick the % of my drink. I ended up leaving with a 60% with cinnamon and orange which was amazing!!
Bonus point: anything above 54% with an alternative milk is vegan

Every time when we are in Oxford, it’s a must have for us. We met the lovely manager Tara and ordered 34% milk chocolate. She also gave me an instruction of other drinks that I plan to try next time. Amazing chocolate drinks and friendly staffs.
I would just like to say a huge thank you to the lady who served me today, you were truly kind to me! I'd like to also appreciate the incredible service and the delicious drinks, which makes me go back there everyday. Highly recommended, and a definite place to go to when visiting Oxford.
I think I just had the best hot chocolate ever - so on that front thoroughly recommend. Staff customer service could be improved as there was no interest in explaining the ordering process or running through the options with me when ordering which was a shame.
Amazing hot chocolate shop with so much variety! My server Lousia was so friendly and welcoming and did an amazing job explaining the menu and finding me my perfect match! Would go again!
